Awesome job. My lawn never looked better. Cortez is great! Would recommend him to everyone. Very diligent and takes great pride in his work.

Cortez does an amazing job. After the work is complete it looks like a crew of 6 was on his team. My yard looks like a picture out of a magazine. Very professional and highly recommended.

Hired kings cut for a landscaping job. He is a nice polite person to work with. However there were several things i wish he could work on.
1. Please be considerate of people's time. He will say some time to come and wouldn't show up. It took much longer to finish the job as he will keep delaying things.
2. Deliver what you quote: I hired him for tree removal. He couldn't remove it and left the stump in my yard. I specifically hired him to remove the whole tree.
3. Stop unnecessary promises: he said that he will fix the stump and never did.

Overall, i wouldn't recommend him for any complex job. Smaller jobs such as mowing is OK.

I hired this company to get my front yard back in order, and it was a huge mistake. We discussed exactly what needed to be done and agreed on a fair price, but the work they did was nowhere near what we talked about. It took them twice as long as promised, and the owner asked for more money for “gas” and demanded the remaining balance before even finishing the job. The whole experience felt lazy and dishonest. Unless you enjoy wasting money, I’d avoid hiring them for anything beyond basic grass cutting—and even that might be questionable.
