AV Air responded quickly and installed my water heater the next day. He went through the steps of showing me how to relight the pilot should it ever go out. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. I will be using AV Air again to install a central air unit.

Alex and his assistant did an excellent job installing our new high‑efficiency furnace, AC system, and a separate mini‑split for our second floor. The entire project took three days, and they handled installation with professionalism and attention to detail.

They took care of everything — running new lines, installing the pad and disconnect box, setting up the filter box and humidifier, and installing a smart thermostat that works perfectly with the new system. The mini‑split is super quiet and has made a huge difference in comfort.

Alex communicated clearly and made sure everything was functioning as it should before wrapping up. I’m happy with the results and would absolutely recommend him for any HVAC work.

Alex brings a service level that is unmatched. We had him out to look at our furnace on a few occasions over the course of the past two winters. This winter we decided it was time to change the unit completely. Alex’s quote time was quick, accurate and fair. He presented us with multiple options for replacement and explained the differences between each unit and made his professional recommendation. Three days later Alex and his partner were at our house replacing our furnace with a brand new one. Outstanding service, expedient response times, fair pricing and clean professional work.
