Sewer Quest came out to fix our sump pump line outside of the house and put in a new drain line out to the street for rainwater. They managed to find a way to do both within our existing flower beds and connect to existing drain lines without pulling up any grass or sidewalk. You would never know they were there because they did such a clean job of pulling out the dirt and putting it back in place. They came highly recommended to me from our gutter company and I would definitely recommend them!

After a terrible experience with another American Home Shield plumbing contractor, SewerQuest was sent by AHS to address a stoppage in my main sewer line. TJ was extremely punctual, professional, and thorough, explaining the problem to me in detail. I was very hesitant to trust another AHS provided contractor, but I completely trust TJ and will definitely look to SewerQuest for future repairs. Highly recommend!

I gave this company 5 stars because, during a recent issue at my condo that also involved my condo association, every person I talked with at Sewer Quest was so gracious, extremely helpful, and very, very patient. Every one of them was more than willing to "go the extra mile" to get my issue resolved. Many thanks to all of you!!

I highly recommend this company. The two gentleman that came to my home were courteous, professional, and diligent. They cleaned up and I couldn’t even tell they’d been here. They were in and out in no time. They are now on speed dial as my plumber. Thank you!

Craig and TC were very professional and courteous. They were early and went right to work. They closed my gates when they had to go get parts and when they left after fixing the problem with the gas line. They moved a big box for me that I could not move so they could do their work and never complained. The fee was a lot leSs than I expected. I will be calling them again.

TJ & Joe are great. We needed the main stack, bathroom and kitchen plumbing replaced. They completed the job timely. When checking their work, TJ discovered a basement drain was clogged and he cleared it too. Very affordable rates. I highly recommend SewerQuest!!

The absolute best, most down-to-earth plumbers. These guys replaced my whole water supply line which went under my garage. Very complicated and they did it for literally half the cost of the 'white collar' plumbers. I've had them back to fix my water heater when I wasn't even home because I trust them so much. Wont call anyone else.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! This company was sent as a 2nd diagnosis through AHS as the original company assigned wanted to access the outside drain for a common sink clog. Arrived at my home within hours of being dispatched and quickly began to snake my drain. In addition they replaced my garbage disposal cleaned up their mess and were gone within 45 minutes. If you're looking for quick and honest service please call them.

TJ and Jo me were awesome! We had a leak in our basement-during the stay-at-home order. We knew we had some drain issues and they came out within a few days to investigate. Found the problem and fixed. Thank you for your help! Feeling we are in better shape for the next heavy rain!

They went above and beyond in clearing a very very stubborn drain and did some preventative maintenance on another one. They also ensured pipe connections were water tight and cleaned up. I'm old school in my customer service expectations and I was impressed. Great guys! I would definitely use them again.

These guys are awesome! My main drain was clogged and I thought it was going to be a huge problem, they took care of it in no time. Two of the nicest, most helpful guys you could meet. They even had inexpensive tips to help out with future problems! These guys are in it to win and retain customers by offering great service, not just out to make a buck. Thanks guys!

Quick and easy to set an appointment. The team was not just on time but early. They were fast efficient and friendly. The price was fair and they did not try to force a solution that was not necessary. I highly recommend SewerQuest.

I must write this review because having AHS is typically HELL when it comes to plumbing and WOW did TJ restore my faith. TJ came the very next day gave only a 2 hour window and got there the 1st min of the 2 hours and took extra time to make sure that I was satisfied with the replacement. I am a pretty demanding customer to say the least and he was very accommodating. I would refer these people to friends and family and I don't think I've EVER felt that way about these companies that AHS sends out. And I have had this home insurance plan for 10+ years. I just want to say Thank you for not ignoring me and being a good tech and I will be requesting this company for all my properties‼️💯
P.s He came at 12 and was completed by 1 30 that including a trip to lowes. That was lightning fast Did not waste my day or anything 🙌🏾.

I have called Sewer Quest twice for different reasons in the past few weeks. On both experiences, they were professional, responsive, friendly and I feel they actually cared about the work and wanted to make us happy. Excellent to work with and I highly recommend then. A++++++++

Excellent service and expertise from TJ! I needed to find where the downspout line ran next to the driveway so we could install a Basketball Hoop. Tom never hesitated and was out in a few days to mark the line. He even dug a hole to ensure no other services in the way. Highly recommend Tom and his Team.

Sewerquest was assigned by my AHS home warranty. TC & Craig were great. They arrived the same day they got my service request, they were on time, they were professional, friendly & got my drain unclogged quickly.
