Lanigan was able to fit me in very quickly (next day as requested). A rodent had fallen into my AC condenser unit and met an untimely end due to the fan blades. Zack and Dylan came out, and they were able to ensure the unit was working properly after the incident. They also cleaned the unit, removing both the rodent victim and built-up cottonwood & other plant stuffs. The team seemed very knowledgeable when it came to the inspection and routine maintenance. They were able to perform all of the work in a timely manner and made sure my house was getting cool again. I would definitely call them again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone looking for timely, trustworthy HVAC work. Thanks Lanigan!

With Lanigan, I had timely response to my inquiry.
Service was scheduled, replacing the furnace, air conditioning and hot water heater. The techs were courteous and efficient and work completed within 1 day(actually about 6.5 hours).
Kudos to Dan Lanigan and his crew, right down to his administrative assistant !!
Pricing was also very reasonable.

3 furnace maintenances, took his time and did a thorough job. Gave repair recommendations.

Zack showed up during blizzard conditions outside. He was friendly and knowledgeable . He explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it . Lanigan Heating & Air Conditioning did an amazing job installing our new heater & air conditioning system. Our twenty six year old Furnace died in October 2023. Lanigan was able to come out and determine that the furnace was not worth repairing, AGAIN. We've been told by other repair people eventually we'd need to get all new. Dan Lanigan gave us a very fair price to fix both heating and air conditioning. The heating was fixed in October and the cooling was just replaced yesterday. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service we received. We would highly recommend Dan Lanigan

I called Dan at 4:30 yesterday right after the fire department left telling us we had extremely high levels CO and gas coming out of the exhaust pipe for our furnace. He showed up within 30 minutes and then got us scheduled for a new unit first thing this morning. They were on time and got the job completed at a fair price. His whole team was very friendly, professional and clean. Super happy customer here!

Dan showed up right on time for the estimate. Had the estimate for a new install to me later in the day. When it was time for the installation his techs also showed up right at the scheduled time. The installation went well and they were done in the early afternoon. All the piping and wiring look to be done to a high standard. I waited to submit my review until we had another 90F day. I can report that my house is 20 degrees cooler than it is outside. I couldn't be more pleased.
