Tom has just been wonderful each time he has been out to my home. So kind, informative and very knowledgeable! I most appreciate how honest he is and that he does not try to convince me that additional service and equipment is needed at this time like several other companies have done! Looking forward to continuing to work with this company in the future and I would highly recommend them!

A new customer in January, I've called on them twice this year-- the first time for our furnace, second for AC--and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service than I am. Swift arrival and friendly and knowledge fixes. Kudos also to Brandy who answers the calls-- it's evident that she strives harder than she has to to get someone out to you asap. As a Realtor, I am comfortable and confident in recommending Mr Air to my clients for their HVAC needs/questions.

Tom came out this afternoon to give me an estimate for a new furnace/air-conditioner. Both are 22 years old. He gave me a lot of very useful information, and I also felt he was being completely honest with me. Honesty and integrity are pretty uncommon with many HVAC companies. I never felt any 'sales pitch' or any pressure to make a decision. He just answered all my questions based on all his many years of experience. I will definitely keep Mr. Air Heating/Cooling in mind when making a decision.

They are thorough, detail oriented and honest. They are professional in dealing with their customers, they explain in details what they do and what need be done to get the best use of HAVC systems to last a very long time.

I had a good feeling about this company and they proved that feeling right. We needed our AC fixed ASAP due to the extreme temperatures. Tom was at our home and fixed the problem THAT DAY. Tom was so nice, very knowledgeable, and took the time to do the job correctly. We even purchased their service plan because we plan on being return customers. They definitely deserve their 5 star rating.

Two other businesses were having us wait 48+ hours with no AC to even come out, then I found Mr. Air and they fit us in that same day. Additionally, he had the parts with him and fixed it on the spot! I took my kid to swim practice with my house up to 81° and came home to working AC! The others’ estimates were also outrageous in comparison. He was affordable and honest!

Tom and his assistant did a great job in replacing my outside A/C unit. They were very knowledgeable in their job and before they left, they made sure everything was working correctly. Tom worked to get me the lowest price without losing quality, both which were very important to me. I would recommend Mr. Air for your A/C repair and replacement.

I recently had Mr. Air replace my 21 year old furnace and AC. Tommy and Terrell did such an amazing job. They had me on the schedule a week after they gave me the quote, and did all the work in one day. They arrived when they said they would, and the job did not go one penny over the estimate they gave me.They were professional, efficient, and even went the extra mile to try and keep the house as clean as possible while they worked. They even told me to get other estimates from other companies (which I was doing anyways), but it just shocked me to hear a contractor say that. I will certainly be recommending their services to anyone who needs work done on their HVAC system.

Mr. Air was so responsive and fixed our A/C the day we called. Terrell was SO helpful and nice and kind to our family since the kids were home while they were doing the work. Mr. Air provides a personal and family touch to their work. We will absolutely be using them and recommending Mr. Air again!!
