Eric did a fantastic job with the maintenance of our HVAC unit. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail. There was a couple of small issues that were found and was taken care of quickly and easily on the spot. Very courteous and professional. Other employees of T&G have also been as very professional and helpful. A model business! I highly recommend their services!

We needed emergency services and they were quick to respond after waiting hours for another company. Jay was professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough and easy to work with.

The Technicians that came out and did the cleaning of my ducts were awesome!!! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend Julian and Caleb to anyone. Only problem was Home Depot salesman quoted me 299 for 15 vents or less and I was charged 399. Not the technician fault. Called and left message with customer service.

Our first call to Thomas and Galbraith with a Furnace problem. They responded quickly and Kevin found the problem; we have a fix to get us through the night and part replaced tomorrow. We are very happy with the outcome, the quality of service, a knowledgeable technician who explained everything we needed to know.

Eric Coomer called to give us an arrival time and arrived at precisely that time. The service call was for routine maintenance on our heating and air conditioning system. Eric had a trainee with him, I believe Deshawn was his name. They set to work and reported back to us with their findings. A small repair was needed and quickly completed. Eric was thorough and clear in his explanation. We have been with Thomas and Galbraith for about 12 years and Eric is the best technician we have had yet. We highly recommend Thomas and Galbraith and Eric Coomer.

Newest update: had Jake and Daniel create an engineering plan to add a mini split/heat pump system to my home and WOW! They were thorough, creative, and gave me a superb quote and plan for installation.
Update: Cameron and Mike just spent a serious amount of quality time addressing some new issues at my home and I will always request them for my plumbing needs. They are the best! Having just bought a new-to-me home which is older and in need of a few important updates, I reached out via Costco for a specific service and was referred to Thomas and Galbraith. As I spoke with the rep in charge of quoting the service I was looking for, I mentioned other mechanicals in the home which needed updating as well. She passed all of my information to the plumbing service division and to the electrical service division and I was extremely pleased with the speed of response, the care with which the various techs researched and approached each service, and the professionalism of the entire operation regarding communication and support. I would highly recommend Thomas and Galbraith to anyone in need of repairs and service for their home mechanicals.

They crew arrived on time. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. They removed my 36 year old furnace and installed a new Carrier unit. The new unit looks great and the basement area was left in perfect condition. They did a fantastic job. We could not be happier.

We had them replace our gutter and sump drain lines which were collapsed and broken. We were very happy with their work, and appreciate their flexibility - we requested an add-on that wasn’t part of the original estimate and they were able to add it to the job. Their crew was very friendly, professional, and polite. We would have no problems using Thomas & Galbraith again, and will recommend them to neighbors.

We used this company twice in the last few months for seperate furnace and heating issues, and the techs have been excellent! I cant remember the first techs name, he said he was new, but today we had Cody (I believe). They've always been super friendly and helpful!

Mike and his apprentice Joey are awesome! As someone who hates not being able to do something themselves and hates calling bigger companies, my experience was the total opposite. They were very nice, they stayed late, and THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I'm not sure if you can request heating and cooling technicians, but I would definitely recommend MIKE AND JOEY.

My tech was super friendly and knowledgeable, explaining every step of the process, showing me videos he took in my crawl space, and making certain my drainage system was back to functioning. Everything was transparent and I was treated with absolute respect. Will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

The Service Tech, Adam, called me to tell me he was 45 minutes away. He showed up right on time, put shoe covers on so he wouldn’t track dirt into my home, and got to work on my furnace. He showed me the 2 things he was going to fix and how he would do it. 10 minutes later, he let me know he was finished and pointed out what he’d done. Adam did a great job!

DJ Fiessinger from Thomas & Galbraith is truly the most dependable, reliable, knowledgeable, and kind Consultant I have ever worked with. He responds quickly and professionally. He has been there for us before, during, and after the installation of our HVAC system. I have full trust and respect for him and the entire staff.

Alex was great! He was professional, respectful, and easy to talk to. He took the time to answer our questions , and explained everything he did today.

I’m beyond happy! After another company wanted to break up my floor to fix the drain, that was not needed, Cameron was AMAZING and cleared it out for us in 20 mins! He was very personable & very knowledgeable in his work. Highly recommend Cameron!

I’ve been a customer of Thomas & Galbraith now for several years. I have always had good experiences with them and am very happy with them! I recently had an issue after a service visit. I contacted them and they sent someone the next day! He throughly checked everything out and found the issue and fixed it! I appreciate the fast response and was worried with Thanksgiving coming up that I would have to be scheduled for a later date. Glad I have a company that I trust!!!

Highly satisfied. They sent me a text message to confirm technician arrival time. Included in this text was technicians name, certification credentials and his photo! Wow! Never have Iseen this type of communication from a service company. I highly recommend Thomas Galbraith for your furnace needs. Highly recommend them. AAA+ service!

Brian Patterson was my Tech today doing an inspection on my system. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and really enjoyable to talk to. I want Brian for all my future inspections because of how good he was. 5 🌟

Excellent service, have been with Thomas & Galbraith for many yrs now, we live in a mobile home community and they replaced our furnace and AC unit about 5yrs ago.. we have our furnace and ac serviced every season and they are great, and professional. We have a low cost monthly service plan that covers they service check ups and discounts if any work is ever needed. We definitely do recommend them. Thanks for everything!!!

T&G saved us when our heating system stopped working and our home quickly became frigid. I called the 24/7 line and quickly had a call back and in less than 24 hours we were warm and cozy once again. Our technician Kaleb was so great and went above and beyond to fix our problem. He even asked the parts distributor to meet him at the shop and re-open so that he can get the part he needed. T&G has yet again done an exceptional job for us and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Both Chuck and Daniel were very focused and professional. Great talent is hard to find, these guys are "unicorns". Next time i have an issue, I'll call T&G
