CUI services was presented with the task of a complete lawn install for our new constructed home. Given a blank canvas, they provided 3D drawings and worked with us to get the layout we wanted. From start to finish, they were professional on every level. I worked primarily with Kevin and they completed sod installation, irrigation system, outdoor lighting and a paver patio with multiple built ins. The crew communicated with us during every phase and we could not be happier with the result. Fair priced and quality work. Highly recommend!

Get out of the left lane! 20 miles of you holding up traffic

One of the worst property management companies for a contractor to work with. They promise you one thing and then they don’t deliver. You give them quotes spend your time working up material prices and because you can’t do something within 24 hours they hire someone else at your pricing. We saved their butt numerous occasions when they didn’t have the right contractors lined up to do jobs hours away from us and there’s been zero loyalty from them.

DO NOT USE CUI!! We have 14 locations and tried CUI at 1 of them. Absolute fail! We hired them to plow our lot. Not once was the lot plowed on time or completely. Some days they just didn't show up. We would call, txt and email Adam Clark but it was always the same. "The crew is on the way" 4-6 hours later, maybe, someone would show up and plow. Most of the time they did not salt. When they did salt, it was so light it did nothing. We had to bring in another company to help because CUI was so unreliable and terrible, and still had to pay the CUI bill.

Using CUI was a disappointment and complete waste of money.
