Amie and Banjo were easy to work with. Amie was helpful with a couple of issues out side of replacing the furnace. They took the time to answer all of the questions we had. The guys were on time. They were respectful and cleaned up afterwards.

As a resident of Hudson for many years now, I have been very pleased with the service provided by Hudson Heating Company. I have had my main AC/furnace system replaced and installed (Trane) by HHC about 2 years ago and been very pleased to date. I have had several routine seasonal cleaning/maintenance service calls to date. I recently had a motor/capacitor replaced on my secondary 2004 Trane A/C unit and it went smoothly. HHC may not be the cheapest game in the area but I believe fairly priced and with very good service standards. Staff and ownership have always been professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient with answering questions and explaining what they were doing. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend.

Amiee is such a pleasure to work with. She's the main reason we choose Hudson Heating. Their technicians are highly trained for install and service. Reasonable pricing for brand new AC but also if you needed both AC and Heat great bundle prices.

A technician (Ken) arrived within a few hours after I called. Within an hour he diagnosed my furnace problem. He quoted a reasonable price. The part which was needed to fix the furnace he said would be in tomorrow. Pete arrived the following day with the part and fixed my furnace. Efficient - Honest - Professional - Reasonably Priced. I highly recommend them

Hudson Heating Company was great to work with. They were on time and thorough with my furnace tune-up and inspection. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

We have utilized their talents for years, new furnaces , services for AC’s which brings me to this review. Yesterday it was90*+ and we run a B&B and had a full house- the first floor unit was not cooling sufficiently and I flew into panic mode. Called Austin and even tho it was Saturday came within a half Hour AND fixed it - some part he had on the truck and the guests did not whine! Love this place. Very reliable AND talented.

5 stars for Hudson Heating Company! Our A/C stopped working in Sept. 2018, and our furnace was 27 years old. Buying both a new central air unit, and heating unit for one's home is a big investment that I put hours of research into. I learned that when a company consultant comes out to your home they should go room to room to calculate which unit would be best suited for the size and needs of your home. I also learned it is a good idea to get 3 different company estimates. So we had 3 companies come out to give us estimates. Amie from Hudson Heating Company was the only one who did the room to room calculation correctly. ( The men from the other companies just looked around and did not measure the rooms. ) Amie was thorough and accurate, and took the most time with us. We never felt rushed, and she was great at answering all our questions. A rep from a different company, took out our furnace filter, and then the cover off our furnace. He left without putting the cover back on, and my husband noticed that he had put our furnace filter in backwards! Good thing it was a warm fall day and the A/C was on, and not the furnace! Needless to say we crossed that other company off our list of possibilities! I chose Hudson Heating company as one of our 3 companies to look at in the first place, based on the great reviews and on the review of Amie their comfort consultant, and because I wanted the Trane product, which is what they use. My husband and I felt the most comfortable with Hudson heating, and so we chose them. Amie made a big impression on us. Both on the phone and when she came out to meet us, Amie was so professional. She gets an A+ in customer service! She answered all our questions, really listened to us, and helped us come up with the best plan for our needs. She helped us with the rebate, and the Trane warranty, and so many details that made the whole process easier. We have only good things to say about Hudson Heating from Stephanie who answered the phone, to consultant "A+ Amie," and the professional installers that came on time, and were efficient, polite, cleaned up well, talked us through the new thermostat, humidifier, and care of our new units. Amie also invited us to call if we had any further questions or concerns. We have been comfortable all winter long with the Trane Furnace & humidifier ( air is a lot less dry) and comfortable last Fall when it was 90 degrees on October 8th and the new A/C was working great! We are happy we chose Hudson Heating Company.

I needed to heat my garage, Hudson Heating provided me with a reasonable quote for a heater w/wifi thermostat, subsequently installed in a very professional manner. I have been a customer of theirs for some time, and always recommend them to friends and associates. Great Company with intregity.

Great service, professional, very responsive. Have been using for years. They have serviced and replaced AC, Furnace and hot water heater for us over the past 15-20yrs and have always been very happy. Banjo, in particular has always been fantastic!

My AC had been out for 2 days and I called this company as a backup as the 1st company never called me back. Not having that other company call back was the biggest blessing!!
Should have gone with Hudson first.

Technichan Pete was phenomenal!!! He was at my house until 10:30 at night walking around the house quietly to keep my kids asleep with my family sleeping in the basement to stay cool. He walked me through the Issue but rather than just stopping there and giving me an invoice comment he decided to do extra checks through the entire unit to ensure no other issues would pop up. He spent more time also to give me advice and Took extra measures to ensure nothing else popped up. I will be locking in this company for a very long time. Thank you to the management team and to Pete.
