Called to re-seat a wobbly toilet and was given an appointment the next day. The actual problem was much bigger -- a broken pipe ring. Did what he could with the tools he had, and it was actually a great fix. Also replaced a sink drain that I hadn't mentioned when scheduling, but I asked him to look at when he arrived. Finished it all in 3 hours and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend

Steve, the owner, is a very good plumber and very honest and helpful. The younger plumbers who work for him are also good. We have used Russell plumbing for years.

This is our 3rd time over the past couple yrs using Russell Plumbing. Have had great service every time. This time I left VM last eve when our sump pump did not kick on during the downpour. Steve called me back this morning by 7:45am; Barklay was here within the hr. & replaced the malfunctioning part. Prompt, courteous, knowlegable. Will definitely call them again for plumbing needs!

Russell Plumbing is our first and only call for any and all plumbing-related problems. All of their plumbers are professional, courteous, punctual, and extraordinarily knowledgeable about their craft and trade. We have never had to have them come back out to fix a problem that should have been fixed the first time. We cannot recommend Russell Plumbing highly enough. We won't use any other plumber. They do outstanding work!

I've used Russell Plumbing several times now. Each time they have done a great job. Fixed the problem, left the worksite clean, went the extra mile, and the price is fair. My plumbers were Mark and Jerry - both great guys and very skilled.

As much as we like Steve, their customer service lives little to be desired.
