Larry Goss installed the faucet but found a problem with a part. He contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a replacement part to be sent directly to my home.

I had garage flooding from an outdoor drain being plugged. Jeff, Cody and Larry all came on time, spent hours helping me find the issue. Cleared 30+ feet. We made it across the street to the sewer! Found it was plugged there and needed jetted. Jeff saved me 800 bucks + by getting ahold of the city! They came out 2 days later (the city) and jetted my lines. Thanks guys. Next time I need any work or repairs, I know who I'm calling

Excellent! Very reasonable for the major work needed regarding my kitchen/basement pipes.
I especially liked the serviceman Cody. He explained everything he needed to do along with what the cost would be to complete. Would definitely recommend this plumbing company.

Called them regarding a water heater that I thought was going out. They sent someone out that same day to take a look at it, and offered to take a look at the shower handle to make sure everything was in tip top shape. Will definitely use them in the future for any and all things plumbing!

We had a new faucet installed yesterday and today it wasn’t letting water come out. Called Merrit and they were out within 11/2 hrs. and the problem was fixed even though it had nothing to do with installing the faucet. Very nice young man, John, couldn’t have been more helpful. Very impressed!
