Excellent service! Josh repaired a broken bathtub fixture in our new home. He was able to handle the service call the same morning. Professional, courteous and just a really great guy. He'll be my first call for any future concerns. Highly recommend!

Roughly a little over a year ago I had a sewer back up into my basement and had a neighbor with a snake come over and snake the line and it worked. However, less than a year later had water back up into the basement again. Reached out to Duncan Plumbing and Josh came out with a camera and water jet to inspect. When he put the camera down the sewer line it was amazing how many root balls were still in the line and it made since why we had another back up. Once Josh was done with the jet he showed me my line with the camera again and you could not find a root throughout. Josh was very knowledgeable of the situation and greatly appreciated his work. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the same situation.

My sump pump stopped working when it was raining. I called 3 other plumbing companies that couldn’t come. Duncan answered the phone and said they could be there in 20 minutes. They had a new sump pump with a battery backup with them and changed it out right there saving my house from flooding. Josh was very knowledgeable and courteous and took the time to explain the new pump to me. I will definitely be using Duncan in the future!

We had Josh add a half bathroom in an extra long closet on our second
floor. He installed a sink and a toilet. He did a great job. He's an honest,
reliable, trustworthy guy who does work at a fair and reasonable price.
He did such a nice job we had him come back and replace the bathroom sink & faucet on our first floor. Don't hesitate to call Josh for your plumbing needs.

Called at 6 pm and had an appointment mid morning the next day. Mike was great. He was very patient with all our plumbing questions and solved our issues. He made multiple suggestions on how to fix certain items ranging from cheap and temporary to more expensive and a full fix. We never felt pressured into doing anything. I will call Duncan again if need be.

Had a terrible issue with our sink and disposal, nothing would drain!

I called Duncan Plumbing and they were able to come out almost immediately (within an hour).
Josh the owner, took care of the problem himself quickly and professionally; he even gave me some pointers on how to prevent future problems like the one I had.
I have bad luck in the past with other “big name” outfits, so having a Duncan do the work was a a great experience.

Zack with Duncan Plumbing was great! I had a leak from my guest bathroom which needed to be addressed and Zack was extremely detailed and explained everything clearly so that it was easy to understand what was going on. This is my second Time using Duncan Plumbing and they’re my go to
Plummer!

Leaking water heater in basement. Zack came out within an hour with a new, replacement tank. Installed the new tank and accessories quickly and without issue. He is knowledgeable, personable and efficient. I highly recommend Zack and Duncan Plumbing.

Being new to the area and having a plumbing emergency, I did a google search and found Duncan Plumbing. What a great find! Josh Duncan is a man of good character. He came to help quickly and was very efficient. Plumbing prices can be deal breakers but his price was fair. He even saw an added issue, brought it to my attention and in no time my bathroom was in tip top shape. Do not hesitate to call this company.

I recommend that you use Duncan Plumbing. Josh and his family went above and beyond. once we found out the my main was broke inside the house Josh got in contact with my maintenance guys because I live in a condo. We had to get the water company involved and Josh made sure to come out while they were fixing the main outside. once he got the go ahead he was able to replace the main and replace 2 more toilets and fix the third toilet. The also fixed a leaky sink. I can't express how far above and beyond he went. I'm a single mom that had no idea where the water main in my condo was but Josh made sure I knew now. He was very thorough throughout the whole process. I wouldn't have even known he had done work because he left everything cleaner then when he arrived. I definitely recommend you to use Duncan Plumbing because I know I will again!!!

Had a pipe leaking through the ceiling. We didn’t know what we were going to do! Then we called Duncan Plumbing. Thent Mr. Duncan rescued us from a terrible situation at an extremely reasonable price. I wouldn’t use anybody else. Duncan Plumbing is the best! He’s honest, does great work, and won’t oversell you things you don’t need. I am a Duncan Plumbing customer for life.

I would recommend Duncan Plumbing to everybody, they are very professional and extremely fair. They helped me very quickly with my hot water tank and are very knowledgeable and honest. They were on time, had all the equipment ready to fix my clogged vent stack and had it clear in no time.

Just used Duncan plumbing for the first time for a faucet replacement .They were awesome! From the first call to the office to Zach the plumber who came out . Very reasonable and so glad I found a great family company that I know if I have issues will take good care of us .

I had to call Duncan Plumbing Company on Saturday as it was an emergency. Josh answered the phone and asked a few questions to get a feel of what the problem was. He was so understanding and patient and said he would be out in less than 30 minutes, and he was. Josh was prepared to solve any problem I had and his communication skills were outstanding.Josh was personable, friendly and professional. He explained what the plumbing issue was and offered good solutions. Josh was a hard worker and I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. I definitely will refer this company to all my family and friends. This company should get a 5+ Star!

After dealing with a slow drain and leaks from the kitchen sink we called Duncan Plumbing. After an extensive investigation it was determined I had a collapsed pipe underneath my sink. They arrived on time and did the whole job in 1 day. This included breaking concrete, replacing a worn old pipe and putting cement down. They were absolutely professional, quick, honest and friendly. Their work was worth every dollar spent. Josh was upfront and honest. His team was great. I will absolutely call them again if needed. Highly recommended.
