Easy to get an appointment. Carl called 15 minutes before he arrived and he was in and out under an hour for annual maintenance on my furnace (very nice guy and knowledgeable). This is great company, they were honest with what was going on with my furnace and they were not pushy. I will continue to use New Albany Heating and Cooling.

I called New Albany heating when my furnace started acting weird during fall of last year. The fan would stay on even when no heat was needed. The technician came the very next day but, of course, the issue went away about an hour before he came. He ran a full diagnostic anyway but could not find an issue. He gave recommendations for what to check if the issue came back. He was right, the issue came back and it ended up being a short in my thermostat. I replaced the thermostat myself and have not had any issues. The technician was very nice and you could tell he knew what he was doing and enjoyed it. I plan to call again if I ever have problems in the future.

Above and beyond service. I purchased the furnace tune up on Thursday. They scheduled an appointment for Monday which exceeded my expectation. The service professional was prompt and called before coming. He diagnosed the performance of my furnace as well, even though he had to go up four flights of stairs to check each level. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Impressive!

They did a great job installing an air conditioner for me last summer so I contracted with them for my semi-annual heating / cooling inspections. The tec came out today for the furnace checkup.

He arrived within the scheduled appointment window and did call 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was pleasant and professional and did the inspection efficiently.

Carl serviced my furnace today for my seasonal check-up. He also serviced my A/C earlier this year twice. That is why I requested him for this service personally from my previous experience with him. Carl is extremely personable, professional and takes the time to respond to questions with a thorough explanation. He is prompt and efficient. I appreciate him and hold this company in high regards. No matter what other coupons and specials I may see, I have used their services. Thanks for being someone your customer can trust!

I have used these guys for heating and cooling. I bought both an air conditioner and heater from them. Always professional and always honest. We had an issue with the heater after it was installed. Come to find out we didn't have the right ducts, since this was evaluated during the install and they didn't think we need the ducts upgraded but come to find out we did. They upgraded the ducts and did it at no cost. There is no other business that would stick to their word like this company. They are always professional, they always nice and extremely courteous. I highly recommend getting the yearly maintenance package. We have them come out and check everything every 6 months.

Responsive sales team helped me find the best unit at the best cost. Efficient and courteous installation team had me up and running quickly. I have already sent a recommendation to my friend.

Josh was such a great technician. He was extremely detailed with the information he gave us on our issue. He even went over and beyond to give us future information about prevention snd a reoccurrence of the issue. We discussed the age of our furnace and details on what to expect when the time comes to replace our furnace. He was amazing and I will be sure to request him for our future maintenance and issues with our heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend this company as they are always helpful and honest.

Noah was great. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was efficient with his time and provided great recommendations on how to keep our furnace running well. We signed up to have the 12 month heating and cooling checkups. I feel like that was a great investment.

The service we received today was exceptional. We had our annual air conditioning checkup. The tech was professional and explained everything in terms I understood. We love out tech and want him back in the fall to check our heating. We are sold that New Albany H&C is the best.

I had my furnace and air conditioner installed on February 26, 2020. The crew was very professional and polite. They were very good at keeping their work area clean even though it started raining outside. I seem to work well together and we’re very focused on what they did. I’m very happy and satisfied with our new furnace and air conditioner. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the first time we’ve used New Albany Heating & Cooling, we have been in our home only 1 year and always have heating & cooling check-ups annually. We were extremely pleased with their service and knowledge. The technician, Shane, was on-time, polite, courteous, very thorough and explained all the results to us. He also answered our many questions and sent us a recap of everything. There was no mess to clean up! Extremely affordable. We will definitely use New Albany Heating and Cooling again (they service a large portion of Ohio). Randall serviced one of our properties April 2021; we contacted New Albany H&C in response to an inspection report that needed remediation ASAP.

Not only did they schedule us same day (arrived within a couple hours of scheduling), they provided excellent customer service, and went above and beyond to ensure our AC unit was working properly. The price was amazing, they went above and beyond to apply a nice discount for their services.

Randall was professional, courteous, and very thorough, doing more on the job than what we expected. He was also quick and cleaned up his mess (we’ve found that this is sort of a loss art these days, LOL). We would highly recommend New Albany H&C, and look forward to having them service our future properties. Thanks!

The company service guy, Jake, was extremely knowledgeable, and I believed he did a thorough evaluation of my furnace. He was courteous, professional and was patient/clear in answering my questions. I appreciated his not pressing me into purchasing a new unit. Rather he shared some current favorable pricing his company is offering, just so I could gauge what I might be looking at in the future.

I would definitely be pleased to have him serve me in the future.

Matt provided wonderful service for my home! He called within the 20-30 minute time period of his arrival (and arrived within that time period); he was very professional. He was very thorough when explaining the diagnosis to me so that I could understand the problem with my furnace. He was also specific so that I could understand which specific parts of the furnace were failing and helped explore the best option for my home. And, he was very patient while waiting on the phone with me when I was speaking to the home warranty company and was happy to review information with me. It may have been a freezing day outside, but it didn't phase Matt! I appreciate his professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond in his service. New Albany Heating & Cooling is a great company to call for services to help your furnace/AC!

DJ and Will were knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the issue with my noisy furnace. They proceeded to remove construction materials that had been in the system for nearly two years; they cleaned the entire blower housing and instructed me on maintenance going forward. They were on time and courteous. Would definitely recommend New Albany Heating & Cooling.

I needed a second opinion on the condition of my furnace. New Albany Heating & Cooling came on the scheduled date and time. The technician confirmed the first company’s evaluation but offered me a considerable lower cost and better terms of financing. The installers came and completed the job within 3 hours. The office staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Easy to coordinate. Good value for new air conditioner and new furnace. Helped me coordinate with gas company for installation. Shane and Brian and nick were awesome during install. Answered all my questions and showed me how to operate everything.

Chris was out for my furnace check up. He was on time...did a great job. Even switched something around so that the furnace operates even better. Gave me some tips on how to manage the humidifier to better heat the House. Even if they would make a mistake in the future .....at this point I’d still keep calling them for any issues because of everything they’ve done for me!

There price where lower and for a more efficient heating system. But the installation went great, very professional. And the system is working great quietly. The service is wonderful, you can get someone on the phone directly, no pressing this or that.
I call very early morning to change an appointment the same day, no problems. I definitely recommend.
