If I could give 10 Stars I would. Our water heater decided we should get coal this year. With a Day’s turn around Ben and Patrick not only got our tankless water heater installed but covered via warranty. You guys are excellent! Technician Samantha came over today for my winter heater tune up and she was on-time for my appointment, very friendly, and knowledgeable. On top of all of that, she took extra time to ensure everything was tight when she noticed rust inside my unit and walked me through my past invoices when I wasn’t sure if I was due for a maintenance contract renewal. I highly recommend her— thanks Samantha!

Samantha came out within an hour of my call on a Saturday. She was professional and courteous. Long time customer and always very pleased with their service!

When our AC stopped blowing cold air I reached out to a number of companies for help. Climate Tech actually answered the phone and was able to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule. Our technician Sam was great, very professional and efficient, she diagnosed the problem and had the AC blowing cold air again within an hour. Highly recommend Climate Tech. Hope we don't have any other issues but if we do they will be our first call.

We have been customers of Climate-Tech for over 10 years and we have never been disappointed with the quality of the service provided by their technicians. They are trustworthy, polite but more importantly competent.
Our technician Kyle this morning embodied all those qualities and even though it was his first time at our house, we are looking forward to have him come back to do our fall maintenance.

Sam came out on short notice to replace a thermostat for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She completed the job quickly and explained everything.

My A/C was serviced today. Cameron was very nice and diligent and gave me good suggestions for when the fall starts. He was very nice and showed me before and after results and before and after pictures and explained everything in great detail. He did excellent work, it was a great experience. Thank you very much! I am very happy with Clima-Tech’s excellent service.

The Climatech crew did an excellent job installing a new humidifier on the furnace

I shopped for some time for the replacement of my furnace and air conditioner. After meeting with several other companies and discussing various alternatives I contracted with Climate Tech. The process was very professional. The sales person, Ben, did a great job explaining what I was getting. Then the follow-up and installation process could not have gone better. Both Chris and Avery were extremely cordial and did a great job by getting the heat back on by the end of day one, then cleaning up when the project was completed. I recommend them for any job you might need.

This was my routine maintenance done twice a year. It was done in a professional manner as always. Justin was very thorough in his work explaining what he was doing. He was friendly and informative on my unit. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend Climate-Tech to others!

I have had wonderful experiences with Climate Tech and have had two new installations: HVAC system for the house + wall-mounted Mitsubishi cooling/heating unit for our sunroom. I have a maintenance plan and receive services twice a year so that all the equipment are working well. Every tech I've encountered has been professional and very knowledgeable. Office staff is wonderful too! I highly recommend!!

Colleen and Mike went above and beyond to provide emergency service today. I have been using Climate-Tech for years and they always provide prompt, efficient service. Back in the day, when I was looking for an HVAC company, two of my neighbors (particular, picky, demanding; choose your favorite adjective) highly recommended Climate-Tech. I do too.

Sam was wonderful! We are knew to the type of heating system in our newly purchased house. We were so cold, we knew something wasn't right. Sam found the problems right away and fixed them quickly. We are warm now! Thank you!

We had our Furnace and AC replaced last week, and what a great experience! The guys were top rate! Chris and Avery did a fantastic job, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Every detail of the install was done with such detail, and made to look perfect. I have no idea what these guys get paid, but it isn’t enough. Thank you Climate Tech, and especially Chris and Avery!

Great service. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Cameron did an awesome job with our AC cleaning and replacing a part. We've used them since 2018 and wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone does an awesome job.

I arranged for Clime-Tech to come out and check out my furnace as it had not been done for several years. Tyler came out and was very nice and professional. Fortunately for me, I had arranged for this service to be done as a problem with the burner was discovered. Tyler was very apologetic when he had to share the information that due to a crack and amount of carbon monoxide being emitted, he had to shut my furnace off as the levels of monoxide the furnace was producing was far in excess of any safe zone. He had spoken with his office and they had came up with a plan so that I would not be without a furnace for to long. The furnace check was done on a Monday and by that next Wednesday three men came to remove my old furnace and replace it with a new one.

Chris and the other two gentlemen that came were excellent. They started work right away and were done by mid afternoon. They were courteous and addressed any of my concerns quickly.
The clean up was great, they left the portion of my basement where the furnace is cleaner than when they came.

I have checked with others I know that had the same job done as mine with other service's and Climate-Tech's prices are definitely competitive. Climate-Tech's prices are well within reason and their service goes well beyond any expectations I had.

Anyone needing a furnace or ac unit should go with these folks, you will not be sorry!

Great all-around experience in replacing furnace/AC system. Everyone along the way from quoter, office staff, and tech installers were very professional and took the time to explain and answer any questions.

We recently had Climate-Tech come to our condo to do routine furnace/ air conditioner maintenance. The technician, Justin, was very courteous and thorough. He was very clear in his explanation of the problem he found, including photos of it. My husband called the Climate-Tech office and spoke further with Ben about the problem that was found. He was also very courteous and helpful.

We had a total replacement of the furnace and air conditioning systems. The installation sales consultant, Ben, arrived on time and after looking at our present system, made recommendations as to what would work best and more efficiently for our home. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and the proper equipment that was required.
The installers, Thomas and Kevin, were prompt and introduced themselves to us. They immediately started to work after making sure all traffic areas were protected. They functioned as a great team with no wasted time during the day. Everything that was being done was explained to us in a very understandable manner.
At the completion of the two-day installation, we were taken to view the finished project. The work area was neatly cleaned and the total system was gone over explaining what they had installed and how it operated. We could see that the installation was completed in a professional manner with attention to detail apparent.
The entire Climate-Tech team was outstanding in their customer first approach. Their total professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated their pride in what they do. We highly recommend Climate-Tech for any of your HVAC needs.

I trust Climate-Tech with my furnace needs. They are always so thorough and go through everything that they do and all their processes, and I appreciate it! Justin, my technician, was amazing and so kind and thorough. He was great and I would want him as my technician again!
