We have Cambell’s tech Nick service our chiller and he is one of the best guys you could have work on your equipment, especially if you run turbo core compressors. Very knowledgeable, approachable, and punctual. He will work on your time and is very flexible with scheduling and availability.

Our company, Linde plc, uses Campbell for chiller maintenance. Nick, one of their techs, is one hell of a technician—super thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s always good knowing the job will be done right when he’s on site.

Today my facility had Campbell's come out and look at 1 of our A/C units on our roof. Jeff L. Was the technician that came out. Jeff walked me thru what the problem was and was very thorough with his knowledge of the unit. He was not only polite and courteous, but was willing to explain and walk thru any questions that I had. Thank you Jeff for your fast and excellent service today.

Working with Campbell is fantastic. They are great communicators and know how to solve the worst HVAC and Plumbing issues.

Great service! Our rooftop heating unit in our office building went out right as winter started. Campbell came highly recommended. So glad we went with them. From the start they were very responsive and even patient with my questions. The same day our parts were delivered they called and came out to repair the unit. Big thank you to the technician, Jeff Layfield, he was quick and knowledgeable and even adjusted the settings on our thermostat for us.

I have currently recruited Campbell’s services in maintaining our facility. I can’t speak highly enough about the service I have received . David Solomon and his team have brought out plant current on all PM’s and repairs that have been lapsed. They have reacted to any and all reactive maintenance we have presented to them . I would highly recommend them.

Not a strong sense of responsibility here with this company. I called to file a complaint, got transferred twice and on the third just got dumped in someone's voice mail. The complaint is I was sitting at a red light with an 18-Wheeler behind me and the driver of their big silver van with their name plastered all over it decided he didn't want to wait and his drove off the road to the right and went around all of us. Didn't even stop at the red light just ran through it and turned right up the road. I wouldn't want to do business with someone who puts other people's lives in danger with blatant disregard and then the home office won't even speak to you when you can to tell them about it.
