We were referred to Mauder Heating & Air from a close family friend a couple years ago when we first had issues with our HVAC system which they repaired, and recommended upgrading eventually, fast forward to mid January we had a complete new Furnace and AC installed and could not be happier they are hands down the best in the area! They are punctual, polite, extremely professional and will answer any and all questions you have and never push products on you that you don’t need. If your looking for any kind of HVAC needs call them first YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

We had central heating and ac installed. Duct work and everything. It was a huge project and it couldn’t have went more smoothly. Every room had to have cuts in it and they were very good at cleaning up after themselves. When they got to our house that first day they started working immediately, making cuts and bringing in equipment. They knew exactly what they were doing, it was clear. They were very professional, and within 2 1/2 days the entire project was done. There was lots of problems in my house, no basement and 2 rooms have no ceiling access. They figured out ways to get heat/ac in those rooms! I was thrilled bc I thought it wasn’t able to be done, but Troy and his team figured it out. Very professional. Highly recommend

I used Mauder Heating to install a furnace and AC heating pump in my business building in Sylvania. I thought their work was exceptional, their staff was professional and I would use them again. In fact, I did a couple days later on a furnace repair. They came out the next day after my call! I’ll definitely use their business again!

Troy and his staff have all things HVAC. Their direction and ideas are top notch. If you demand quality and attention to detail these are the guys. You should check out their shop . Cleanest, neatest I've ever seen.

The cost was very reasonable and the service took less than an hour in and out. My appointment was scheduled 3 weeks out and I got a call to ask if I wanted to move my appointment date up.

I sought out about 10 different quotes for my HVAC and Mauder by far provided me with the best price given my needs. I felt like there was minimal contractor nonsense and they were able to adapt to my needs changing right before the project started. Service was fast and when a mistake was made, it was corrected immediately with no hassle. They will be receiving my business again when I upgrade my second HVAC system in the near future.

When every other company I called said they were a week to two weeks out on sending someone. Mauder had a technician at my house within 3 hours. The central air was fixed within an hour of him coming out. Very fair on the price we were charged. They emailed us the work order with a detailed list of the work performed, also had service technician comments on it. I was highly impressed with this company as a whole. From now on they will be my first call when I have an issue. Thanks Mauder team!

Very professional installation of my all new HVAC system. Workers were very prompt. I had used them before for repairs and had recommended them to others, all with great results. So when I needed a new system in my new home, they performed as I knew they would.

Mauder installed three furnaces and heat pumps in our church. From the quotation process to project completion the Mauder team did a great job. The end result was a very neat and and effective installation. One mechanical room was especially challenging yet they came up with a very good solution. I highly recommend them.

Can't say enough about how much I appreciate Mauder. After having lost count of the amount of visits and different companies I had out to try to figure out what was wrong with my unit, Mauder is forever going to be our go to. It wasn't a quick or easy answer but they stuck it out with me and continue to follow through. They are quick, kind, and professional, from calling to office to having the technicians out to my home. I also trust them to be honest and up front, which is not a common feeling in our experience with different home repair arenas.

Our tech Don was great, as well as the receptionist. They played phone tag with our insurance company even though it wasn't required of them. They were a blessing when our furnace went out mid winter. Highly recommend if you are in.

A BIG shout out to Troy. My dad is at home with hospice and the AC went out during this heat wave. Troy came over himself and got it working, Also the next morning he had a service person come out to check on it. Thank you very much..

Mauder Heating was great. I had an A/C unit not working properly in a rental that I have. Holly told me that it would be the next day before they could get there. I explained to her that I had an elderly tenant on oxygen and she got a tech over to fix it within the hour. I would recommend this company! Thank you again for your help.

Mauder has been an amazing company to work with. This is a company that truly takes care of their customers. Troy, the owner, came out with his crew the first day of work. He introduced them to us and walked them through what they would be doing. The men that did the installation were professional and very friendly- they even took time to answer questions from our over curious daughter. They had a completely new furnace and AC installed in about a day and a half. This included making all new duct work by hand since the ducts that were original to our house were not large enough, and was causing our old unit to freeze up and wear out sooner. I was also very impressed that on the last day, we were told we do not pay until Troy comes back to inspect the work and make sure we were completely happy. Their parts and labor are both guaranteed for 10 and 5 years respectively. I also like that they are available 24 hours a day/365 days a year in the event we have a problems. We will definitely be using Mauder for all our HVAC needs and we will continue to recommend them to all our family and friends.
