Top notch service. Respectful work crew. Beautiful installation of new shingles. Meticulous clean up afterwards. Tom Eames was on the the job site making sure everything was going to my satisfaction. He even provided lunch for his crew and myself. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my new roof. Tom also came back for a second final inspection 2 days later to make sure I was satisfied and inspected my property again for anything left from the roof installation. Highly recommend. 👍🙂

Jeff came out to check my roof and give me an estimate since I had a small leak inside my house. When he came, there was snow on the roof so he couldn't get up there but told me to call him when it melted and he would come back to put up a tarp to hold me until I could get it replaced even if I didn't go with them. This was before I ever got an estimate!! While texting with him a couple days later, he asked me if the snow was gone and actually came back out to put the tarp up. Who does that anymore? Honesty and doing the right thing just to help someone out is not lost on these guys. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you want a job done right and want to have your faith renewed in humanity.

This company did an excellent job on my roof. They replaced all shingles, vents and even plywood sheets below that were in bad shape. They also gave me a 10% discount for paying up front. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I contacted Tom to have him come out and look at our roof. I know we had damage and needed some repairs to get us through for the time being. He got up on the roof, inspected everything and even made some repairs without charging us. That part blew my mind. He was honest, thorough, and incredibly nice. I look forward to working with him in the future when the time comes to put a new roof on. Thank you Tom!

Fantastic experience with Tom. He diagnosed the issue immediately and made the repair free of charge since it was a simple fix. You can tell customer satisfaction is most important with them. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Above and beyond customer service! Jeff came out to tarp our roof this winter when the roofer we had lined up couldn’t come out for a few weeks. He didn’t charge us, just asked for an opportunity to give us a quote & even encouraged us to get a few others.
In the end, Jeff matched our original roofer & our roof was replaced on the first warm day of the year!

I can not say enough about this company!! There are not enough stars to give them! Jeffery reached out to me after my inquiry and he was so friendly! He listened to my questions and concerns, I had a ton. He made an appointment to come out and inspect my roof. He arrived on time and just as friendly as he was on the phone! He got on the roof and inspected it (previous company didn't even get on the roof)! He fixed a couple shingle issues we had, at no charge and let us know our roof wasn't in immediate need of repair! I will ABSOLUTELY be using them when we get a new roof next year! I can not say enough about their customer service and professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend Eames and Sons and Jeffery Welch!

From beginning to end, this was such an easy project! Tom is kind, calm and takes time to work with you on what you need versus selling something you don't. His crew was great, and they cleaned up! Can't say that for other contractors we have worked with. Highly recommend!

Tom is an HONEST roofer!! We contacted Eames and sons for a quote on a new roof based on what we were told by a roof tune up company. The tune up roofer and a second company ( they did not walk the roof) told us that we needed a new roof. Tom actually walked our roof and said that our roof was actually doing fine and we should be good for at least another 5 years unless we have major storm damage. Tom even fixed one of our gutters that was flowing the wrong way and didn’t charge us. How many companies would do that- he took his time and explained what he saw and talked about an issue (non issue) that other roofers thought our roof was not in code- he made us feel comfortable and would recommend Tom to service your needs. Thanks again to Tom for his time, explanations and honesty.

I had called Eames and Sons about a leak that was in our roof. He responded quickly, chose the soonest date he had (the next day) and even showed up early. He inspected the roof throughly and when he couldn't find the cause went back up and did another check. After finding the issue he fixed it and since then there has been no issues! What a wonderful company and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

Tom worked with us through the entire process. Working with the insurance company was challenging, and Tom helped us process our claim. We had wind damage and the entire roof needed to be replaced. Eames and Sons, Tom’s company did a great job, the entire roof was replaced in two days! The roof came out perfect, and looks great. The work crew was professional and conscientious, the work was of quality. If you need a new roof we highly recommend Eames and Sons.

Requested help with a gutter problem and received a quick reply and visit for a quote. He listened to what was happening and came up with an easy solution to the problem. He described why the problem was occurring as well, which helped me to understand why this was happening. The cost was low and I was happy about the transparency and finding solutions that didn't break the bank. My gutter problem was not a major issue but I really appreciated him coming out. There are so many contractors that refuse to help with a small job. Eames and Sons are very responsive and fair! A great experience!

Joe Herman came out to take a look at an issue with my roof. I was impressed with how quickly he responded. He arrived promptly and thoroughly inspected the problem and provided solutions to address the issue and to prevent it from happening in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a major problem of a leak around the flashing of our chimney when it rained. This was causing major staining in the upstairs bedroom. Joe Herman and Peter Yankovski were extremely responsive and the problem is now fixed thanks to their working in extreme heat on June 23 , 2025.
I would definitely recommend Eames, Joe, and Peter.

I needed help with two minor projects. I had lost a piece of fascia along the 2nd floor roof and had a rotting piece of hardie board by the 2nd floor gutters. Other roofers wouldn't bother with tedious and small jobs like this. Joe and Pete took care of both issues quickly and went the extra mile to make sure to stop what caused the rot by installing flashing to redirect the water. Very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

Tom arrived timely. He was very professional. He listened while I explained the situation. He went on the roof and examined it. He came down and let me know what was going on and how to correct. It.
