Hello, this company is very helpful and reliable. I was having trouble with my heat working for a few weeks and they identified the problem in less than 15 minutes. They were very helpful with fixing the problem and ensuring I know how to address the issue if it happens again going forward, which was my filter. They are also very quick at responding, as I contacted them and they responded within 30 minutes and scheduled a same day appointment. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with the owner of this new company began when he was employed by Paramount HVAC. I recognized him as a trustworthy, knowledgeable, determined, hard working professional from his first visit to my home. He was always on time, willing to stay as long as necessary to resolve a complicated issue, and was both friendly and courteous on every visit throughout the several years I’ve known him. Great experience. They were able to create a custom solution for my very-inconveniently placed furnace to install a whole-house humidifier that multiple other companies refused to even attempt. Explained how things worked very clearly and I couldn't be happier with what I received (for a very reasonable price, too!)

No further for your HVAC needs. I read reviews about his work and business ethics and wanted to go with a small company. I contacted him today and the job was completed, even after having to go out and get specific parts, later the same day. He was thorough, helpful, informative and kind. Hire him!

On 1/20 at around 5:30pm James (owner of company) received a call from my property management team regarding a furnace going out. He immediately responded by driving out to the property to troubleshoot (this was during the ohio state national championship game). James was able to implement a temporary fix that got the furnace safely back up and running. He came back out two days later to implement a permanent solution to address the problem we had. I was very impressed with James level of communication, expertise and thoroughness during this process. Altogether, I highly recommend using James if you have need. I will surely be using him exclusively moving forward!

James came to us through our IGS home warranty. We had a furnace that had became dangerous. James thoroughly explained our options on component and pricing. He listened to our needs and custom made a humidifier as well. James was competent, courteous and put in the extra mile. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

Of course on one of the coldest nights my heat decided it would stop working. I found James on the Thumbtack app and he responded within minutes on a cold Sunday morning. He was able to come out same day, identify and fix my issue. He was very professional, explained in detail what was going on and exactly what needed to be done. Our furnace went out on the coldest day (of course it always happens like that) and James came to us the same day and fixed it. He diagnosed and identified the problem within half an hour and came back with the right parts within 1 hour. Later he put them back together and tested to make sure our furnace worked properly and there’s no gas leak. James was so professional and polite. He also shared a lot of tips on furnace maintenance. We will call him again for any furnace and hvac issues.

The technician treated my home with care, wearing foot coverings and keeping everything clean throughout the job. He was courteous, respectful of the fact that we live in a nice neighborhood, and completed the work quickly without cutting corners. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. I had an emergency with my AC unit during this insane heatwave. After calling multiple companies and them telling me it’s 1-2weeks until they could send someone out, I about gave up.
