Good service and good people . Bill in plumbing & Jordan in heating fixed my furnace & plumbed in my fuel oil tank. Work was done efficiently and got my heating system up and running.

Sunbury heating and plumbing saved us from paying double what we would have, had we gone with the first company that quoted us ($1,200 by Sunbury H&P instead of $2,100 quote from CARE heating for the exact same part and work, on top of their $65 assessment quote-which is a fairly normal assessment quote). After Sunbury heating and plumbing heard about what CARE had quoted us as well *as the things that they did while here*, they immediately came out and did a free assessment. Later they told us that they knew the first company (CARE) had wrongfully exceeded what was normal to charge for this part and procedure, therefore they couldn't " in good faith" allow us to fall victim to that. We will always call Sunbury H+P first, now. Thank You!!!

I have used Sunbury Plumbing and Heating for several years. Almost every time I have called them there was some sort of urgency to the situation. They have always come through in a timely fashion and were very honest and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Central Ohio area!

These people are great! Very nice, friendly, and super-helpful. We thought my dad had the sprinkler system disconnected last year (he passed away recently), but the city wasn't informed of it so still needed the backflow test. The company who did the work last year wouldn't return my calls, so I tried Sunbury Plumbing. They were wonderful-someone stopped by my parents' house to confirm the system was disconnected, and they even made the call to the city Water Dept to let them know! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

My air conditioner needed replaced. Jordan came over and said he would call the supplier to try and get the air conditioner on the truck for tomorrow. Supplier out of air conditioners until this weekend. Jordan brought me his new air conditioner that he had at his home like mine would have been. I now have a new working air conditioner. Jordan was professional and worked very hard to put it in. I am so impressed this company!

1 call does it all. This local business is exceptional when it comes to service. Their attitude is awesome and their technicians are the best. A quick, professional, and superb follow up is what you can expect. There's choices out there of course but I personally think that you are at home with Sunbury Plumbing and Heating. Just installed a complete HVAC system for me and have serviced

My family has used Sunbury Heating & Cooling & Plumbing for years. When my furnace died on the coldest day this past winter, they had somebody (Jason) out here the same day, fixed it, and charged an incredibly reasonable fee. My husband had shut off the heat pump back in September before he died (I had no idea why). When it was obvious window ACs weren't going to help me through the evil 90-plus degree days, I called them again. It took Jason just a few minutes to diagnose the problem, and by the end of the week, I had a brand new heat pump and thermostat. It is so much better than the old heat pump ever was, AND Jason got it done in one day (he had thought it might take two). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! They're awesome, prompt, reliable, and reasonably priced.

This business is hard to rate. If you are fortunate enough to get a return call from Keith, he is prompt, does excellent work and is professional. But that's the rub, getting Keith to return your call. We have been waiting three months for him to keep his promise about ordering seal kits for our two American Standard Champion toilets and doing the work. Five calls to his office and not been returned. We are now forced to find another plumber that can do what Keith promised back in March (it's now mid-June). Very inconvenient since we live in Sunbury.
