Fantastic service...knowledgable service tech. Arrived on time. Completed the warranty service quickly and after arriving initially with the wrong part, was able to to a workaround until the correct part arrived. They were quick, and very clear on arrival and scheduling. They were helpful, answered questions and solved the problem as soon as they could. I will definitely call them for any future repairs. My Figidaire stopped working. Had no cooling in freezer or fridge. The service tech made one quick check and new immediately what was the problem. He replaced the timer that controls the defrost cycle and that fixed it. He was in and out of my home in five minutes. He also arrived when he was scheduled, which was appreciated.

The tech was on time, clean, friendly, and knowledgeable! He took his time and explained his process. He documented everything with pictures, too. He was thorough and cleaned up when he was done.
Edit: I had to come back and leave an additional review. A second technician was here to fix our Maytag dryer, again, but at no fault of the first Tech, nor is a result of the previous repair. They were consistent across the board. Both techs went above and beyond. I am absolutely floored by the quality service we received, As well as the efficiency and accuracy when it came to diagnosing and repair. I wish these guys repaired more than just Appliances! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!!

I was searching for an idler pulley and belt for my dryer days before Christmas. I called Dave's and they said they had the pulley but not the belt. The next morning I stopped to pick up the pulley and they had also found me the belt! They were all so nice and helpful. They saved the day! They have a customer for life!

I inquired here looking for someone to repair my LG refrigerator that had stopped cooling. Three other appliance repair places either would not work on LG products, or didn't call me back. The girl that called me back was SO nice and helpful! I was out of the country and had sent an inquiry at what would have been the middle of the night here. She called me right at 8:00am and told me that LG had a known issue with the compressors, and that it might be covered under their warranty if I reach out to them. I had poor service so my call got disconnected with her and I was unable to call back at the time. But just wanted to say THANK YOU for the advice because I did get LG to come out and fix it under the warranty. Dave Smith could have come out and charged me, and I would have no idea about the recall. Super grateful for the honest advice and information, and will definitely try to use them in the future just on principle!

The only application that would work on our 9 month old washer was quick wash. The other functions wouldn’t work and it was still under warranty. Their people came out 4x and tried multiple things. They figured it out and I’ve had no trouble ever since. Dave Smith does the warranty work for Whirlpool. They were so nice, ran through full cycles to figure out what was wrong. I would definitely call them for non-warranty work. They are really interested in finding out what’s wrong. Can’t say enough good things about this company!

Had a repair tech out within 24hrs. A quote for the repair was quickly provided. No push to accept the quote, time to make out decision. Parts ordered and hope to have the repair completed soon.

My oven had been out for weeks and he able to quickly locate the problem and fix the issue while also keeping me up to date on what was going on as he worked. He also fixed a burner on my gas stovetop that had been out since before I even moved into this home. Thanks again!

The lid on my washing machine came loose. Called whirlpool and they sent out a technician from Dave’s. Can’t say enough, how great they were to work with. Highly recommend! (This was a warranty repair)

They were unable to get my part quickly, which isn’t necessarily a them problem, and if they would have listened to me they could have ordered the part before they came out to tell me it was broken, which I already knew. If they assumed everyone knew what they were talking about I’m sure the business model wouldn’t work. So I completely understand why it took so long, and I am not upset about it. That being said the service was perfect, they showed up when they said they would, they replaced the item as quickly as possible, the tech was courteous and professional, and my problem was resolved appropriately. Their messaging system was helpful, and it made keeping track of service easy. I say all of this to remind people that sometimes things take time and there is a process that likely needs to be followed which may not be what you hoped for. I definitely would use their service again if I need to.
