Great guys to work with. Just needed a tub surround tear out and to set a shower pan they also did the rough plumbing for new shower. Great work for a fair price. Would highly recommend.

I recently had a shower installed by Real Deal Remodeling, and I couldn't be happier with the experience — from the consultation with Lance to the incredible work of Robert, the installer. During the consultation, Lance was professional, informative, honest, and provided exceptional pricing! As for the installation, from start to finish, Robert was everything you could hope for in a professional: meticulous, personable, and impressively knowledgeable.

Robert approached the project with true craftsmanship and pride, going above and beyond by working tirelessly in 12-hour shifts to ensure everything was perfect. Despite running into multiple pre-existing issues, Robert never cut corners. Instead, he took the time to walk me through his plan, discuss potential solutions, and make sure every step aligned with my expectations. His openness, honesty, and precision gave me complete confidence that the final product would be exactly what I envisioned — and it absolutely was.

Robert also made it a point to include me in the process, checking in regularly to make sure I was satisfied and thoroughly explaining any necessary aftercare and maintenance for the new shower. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and respectful of both their work and their clients.

Tried to get an estimate and they blew me off 3 different days and never came.

This company is a joke and you have to be crazy to hire them.

The owner, Lance, is a great sales man but will not abide by his contract or his word. I have been hounding Lance for 15 months to fix a drain he put in my driveway. I keep getting empty promises that it will be taken care of. The drain has never worked and my garage floods with large rains.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. I had one of his crew tell me shortly after the project that Lance took shortcuts. Cracks appeared in the driveway less than six months after completion. And, multiple areas of the driveway shift up and down when driven over.

I currently am seeking legal remedies. If you want to throw your money in the trash, Real Deal Remodeling is for you.
