Drain Master is a fantastic company! Within a week from requesting a quote online, we were able to have the main sewer line replaced from our house to the road. The team was very professional and attentive to details! Despite an April snow making quite muddy conditions, they did a great job with clean up and really made sure they left everything as close to how they found it as possible. Overall, it was very affordable, and they will be our go to for plumbing from now on!

I called for a toilet in my bathroom that would not flush properly. When Isaiah, Drain Master's tech, arrived I added that a second bathroom needed attention. Isaiah was professional , courteous and efficient. He went right to work and kept me advised as to the progress of his work. Great experience.

I contacted another company who came out and snaked my sump outflow pipe. They said it was blocked and would need to be dug up at a 9-12k cost. I contacted Drain Master and Donny came out and had it working in 30 minutes. I'll have them back every year.

Had a problem with a shower drain leaking and a leaking toilet. Jason came out and explained everything in detail. Issues were quickly fixed. Can’t say enough good things about Jason!! Will be calling Drainmaster and requesting Jason for any issues in the future!

We’ve had 8 years of drainage issues with water in our basement (burned through many sump pumps). We’ve had so many people out to figure out why. Called Drain Master, Bill Moores and Jason Cousino came out and figured out what was going on right away. The headaches/stress/spending thousands of dollars for “bandaids” over 8 years finally came to an end. IT’S FIXED!

After dealing with 3 plumbers and getting an estimate of 1200 dollars. I was refereed to Drain Masters, Im super satisfied that Jason got the problem solved at a fraction of the price and same day service.i will definitely recommend Jason, Very professional, honesty and knowledgeable. I cannot thank them enough!! I have struggled with a clogged kitchen sink for over a year and a half now because I believed the last plumber who told me my issue is I have tree roots that are causing the issue (I know I was naive for believing them) but after a hefty bill I felt discouraged as I got no resolution. Recently I started having a issue with my bathtub getting plugged and heard some thumping in my wall so I had to get someone out. Drain Master was highly recommended so I called and scheduled an appt for a Saturday. The owner and his son came out and worked diligently on removing the clog that was in my house-not my yard! It took them a while but they did it along with addressing my bathtub and running toilet that caused the thumping. They were absolutely amazing and I cannot emphasize enough on how much they blessed me!

Andrew came out on time and was professional and very respectful of keeping our house as clean as possible while trying to unclog our backed up sewer problem. He was very kind and worked hard the whole time he was here. He was not going to give up until the problem was completely resolved. I felt I was in good hands and he was skilled and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Andrew for any plumbing/sewer needs you have. I just spoke to the owner, Bill on the phone and he sounded like a great guy and was appreciative of me taking the time to call to put in a good word for Andrew and the company.

We had no hot water today and so I started calling various plumbing places. All were at least 2 days and some a week out in scheduling. I was given Drain Master's number from a coworker, and so glad he did! On my initial call, he asked to send pictures of my hot water heater to know what he was dealing with. From just pictures, he knew what he was dealing with! Little did I know that our hot water heater was around 20 years old (true, I looked up the serial number code), and most likely needed to be replaced. Technician Andrew called me within 30 minutes of the text and was here in 10 minutes. He assessed the situation and started draining the heater, then went to get the new one - returned with in the hour. Andrew was very knowledgeable, personable, and worked quickly to remove the heater and then install the new one. He was done early-mid afternoon. Awesome work, fast, and at a fair price! Best experience I have had with a plumber by far!

Had Jason Cousino out over the weekend to fix a broken pipe , he quickly diagnosed the problem , offered a solution for what I felt was an extremely fair price to correct and offered an estimate of $200 to $250 which I was expecting at least that much for the weekend service call . He quickly repaired the issue and then only charged me $150.00 for everything. Please note they responded to my initial call within an hour and had problem corrected within two hours. If that is not top notch service I don't know what is. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs don't hesitate to give these guys a call.

Derrick did an absolutely amazing job. I recently purchased a house in Holland that was built in the mid-90s with polybutelyne (Quest) plumbing. I wanted everything that could be somewhat easily replaced done so. Derrick came out, evaluated the scope of work, gave a fair estimate, and started work two days later. He was polite, courteous, honest, and efficient. I hope I don't need a professional plumber anytime soon, but if I do I will absolutely be calling Drain Master.

Jason has done an amazing job of cleaning our pipes from clogging, now I can use my kitchen sink again! He worked quickly, professionally, and was very respectful of the cleanliness of our house. Our French bulldog Boris tried to help Jason in every possible way, but Jason remained friendly🤣

We had an unexpected plumbing issue which our regular plumber was not able to correct. I called Drain Master and Jason came out within an hour and a half of the initial call. Jason was excellent at explaining what he was attempting to correct the issue, and eventually what was done to resolve the issue and what caused the issue. I would highly recommend Drain Master!

We wouldn't use another plumber! Having a trusted plumber you can count on is invaluable. I always know I can count on Bill's advice and expertise and not worry about being sold a service I don't need.

I called Drain Master to run a gas line for a new dual fuel stove I purchased as I only had electric. Jason was the plumber who completed the job and was excellent. He was responsive, on time, and thorough. I'll definitely call Jason for my future plumbing needs.

I own several properties and have used this company many times. I just had their tech Jason service a main drain(from the roof because we didn't have an accessible cleanout). He did a great job. I've also had Isaiah and Noah service several houses with the hydro jet and also scoping services. Great company. Can't recommend enough.

Used Drain Master to service a root clean out of my home’s sewer pipes. Both times they have been EXCELLENT! The first was an emergency call, this time was routine. My wife and I opted for the camera cleaning and it was 100% worth it. Noah and Isiah provided exceptional, customer-oriented service and described everything that would be done, as well as discussed each root that was found on camera and what they could do for it. They also provided one last overview sweep with the camera to ensure the clean out was successful. They both put 100% into the service they were providing, and absolutely will have me returning for any future services. Great job, gentlemen!

The price was also VERY REASONABLE for the quality of service provided, and came with a 1 year warranty as well to help provide assurance with their provided service.
