The situation was controlled well by the experts and made sure to complete the job safely ensuring confidence in the service request outcome. Highly skilled and well rounded experts to trust with your service request and any questions for follow-ups were answered to a house owner or investor satisfaction.

Everyone was very helpful. Hunter and Grant were very quick at cleaning the sewer drain and very helped me to understand the drain system and how it flows to the street. The only negative is I think the price was a little high for what had to be done.

I was able to have Eric come and fix our problem in less than 2 hours from the time I called.
He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did as well as why the problem likely happened and the likely life expectancy of the toilet. I will definitely call them again.

Kyle (technician) was great. He was on time. Very courteous and helpful. He explained what was going on with my leaky pipes prior to making the repair. He was able to make the repairs in a timely manner. I would recommend using this company for your plumbing repairs.

We had a leaky toilet at our office that needed a quick repair. Kyle and Donnie came out right away and assessed the problem while providing us with a temporary fix. They returned the very next day (on our schedule!) with the parts they needed and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes! Highly recommend!

Very nice guys, I feel they did a GREAT job, plus 30 day warranty that's good . Cost was more than I hope for, but it had to be done.

When our drain was clogged, we ended up calling after hours. An owner returned our call and came out that evening to at least unclog the drain enough that we could use it. The next day they unclogged the drain completely, and provided a quote for other work we needed. The pricing was fair, and the work scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

We recently purchased a home and our sewer line started backing up. We had a plumber from a different company come out and "fix it" only to tell us he couldn't. We got in contact with Eric and he came out on a Saturday which is normally his day off & had our drain unclogged within a hour! Exceptional work definitely will use again if needed.

A wonderful worker by the name of Eric came and fixed our toilet, it was leaking water, in a professional and timely manner. He wore covers on his shoes as to not track in any dirt or to keep the carpet clean which was greatly appreciated. Wonderful attitude, wonderful work ethic and a great price. Will call again for any future drain/plumbing issues!

We have used this company 3 times! We had a tree in our front yard and the roots were constantly clogging our drains. Every time we have called them out they have come out same day, always did an amazing job, and left very little mess behind! We removed the tree in the yard during a recent home remodel and the house sat empty for a few months leaving the drains clogged and our basement flooded, they came out without 2 hours of our call, unclogged the sludge stuck in the drain and told us how to keep it from coming back! Nothing but amazing things to say! Every experience has been awesome. Highly recommend asking for Eric! He is the best!

Miles and Hunter went above and beyond their service call, both were very friendly and professional. They've took their time to diagnose my problems inside the house and even went out of their way to attempt to do a external check for my sewage line. Which successfully cleared it out for me. Can't thank them enough! 100% would recommend their business!

I called a family member to ask if he knew any good plumbers, and he referred me to Eric of Rooter Masters. When I talked to Eric he wasn’t sure if he had the man power to get to me before Monday, it’s Saturday. He said let me get a hold of my guys and see who’s available, well in 15 minutes he called me back and said I got some guys coming your way shortly, in 10 minutes Kyle called me and said we’ll be there in 20 minutes. I had no idea what was leaking or where it was coming from, and was nervous as hell about how much it was going to cost. Kyle and Ben came through the door two of the most kind and respectful gentleman that you ever want to meet. I was only expecting an estimate, but those guys came through the door tools a blazing and ready to work. It took them all of 15 minutes to find the problem and afterwards they were on it 35 minutes later the problem was fixed, clean up was finished and they were on their way. Great job guys! You got a customer for life.

We had major issues with our plumbing and Eric Salmon was amazing. We also had the fire hydrant in front of the property hit and needed repaired by the city. Eric did everything, including calling the city multiple times to make sure he was able to work around the extra water issues. He worked around everyone's schedules until he was able to complete his job. I would highly recommend him and by name. Thank you!

Dustin & Al came out for a second opinion after I was told by another company that major work was needed on the plumbing in the crawl space. They came out the same day that I called and gave a thorough explanation of what was wrong and what needed fixing. Turned out there were just a couple things that needed repaired and it cost me just a fraction of what I was quoted by the other company. Dustin & Al were very friendly and professional, I will definitely be using Rooter Master for any future plumbing needs. Thanks again!

Tis my fault! I threw a bunch of egg noodles down my garbage disposal . My disposal threw them back at me along with a lot of water. We called Rooter Master and within an hour they were at our house, diagnosed a severely clogged drain and a leaking pipe. Josh and his trusty helper worked quickly and efficiently to repair my disaster(which was way worse than we thought)! This team was quick, friendly and affordable. I highly recommend Josh and Rooter Master!!
