I highly recommend Tom Graff for any of your plumbing needs. When we had Tom Graff out to replace our water heater in 2010, he was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and fair priced. In Winter 2013 we had him come out to look at our leaking furnace. He came out the same day and offered to fix the problem himself, but also suggested that since we were having waterproofing done the following week, that the waterproofers could also solve the problem, which is what we ended up doing. That willingness to give up the work in favor of what was best for us saved us several hundred dollars and guaranteed that we will always call him first when faced with other plumbing concerns in the future.

Replace failed-open valve under kitchen sink. ... Installed new kitchen faucet (old faucet was corroded in place). ... Came short notice same day (Saturday). ... Would have been stuck without house water (needed to shut off the main to stop full-on flow of hot water) had he not saved the day !!! ...

Our drain backed up and called Graffs plumbing, and they came right out and fixed the problem. Tom,Savannahs very helpful and good service.
