Tate was wonderful with the care and precision he took doing my roof. Was vocal with his time table and honest with his estimate. The work turned out wonderful and I cannot recommend him enough to people.

Josh Miller did a great job dealing with our insurance company. The work crew did the entire job, including tear off and awesome clean up, in a single day. We would definitely recommend Josh Miller and the crew at Imperial roofing to anyone in need of a new roof.

What a great company ! Zane was so knowledgeable , professional , honest and kind.
Zane kept us up to date on the process. He was on site to answer any questions we had. When Zane came to our home for the quote he went above and beyond to talk to us about our dogs and what they might experience during our roof install. We called our vet and had a chat on what was best to give them. Our fur babies were not phased by the install thanks to Zane. That is above and beyond !
Zane and his crew were very respectful of our property. After the install they took time to make sure everything was clean and picked up.

I had a great experience working with Zane at Imperial Roofing and Contracting! I highly recommend working with him. The quality of the service was amazing. My home is 100 years old and there has been a lot of work done to it over the years. Zane and his crew completed the roof with exceptional attention to detail. The crew was courteous and maintained a clean environment throughout the process. I appreciated this especially given how close the homes are next to mine. Also, considering the age of the home, I expected there to be some hiccups during the process but the team notified me of any issues and completed the roof in a timely manner. Overall, I strongly recommend using Zane and Imperial Roofing to not only get a good deal on your roof, but to get a high quality experience that you can trust.

The customer service I received was amazing, all of my problems were swiftly and masterfully resolved. My roof was recently damaged following the recent weather events and so I had to get it replaced and rather quickly. I came to this company, and they gave me a free quote with a good price, so I said yes. They came out and replaced my roof in only one day and it looks better than it ever has been. This is where I'm going to go if I ever have to do it again.

Bill was able to come to my house on very short notice and inspect my roof.

His candid and honest assessment are very much appreciated.

I highly recommend Imperial Roofing, especially if this is your first time replacing your roof. I was expecting the process to be very challenging and slow, but Chase took care of everything. Chase worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to. He even followed up my insurance when he felt they were taking too long and expedited the process. He was very easy to contact. I could shoot him and email, text, or give him a call. Furthermore, he was very clear and detailed when explaining the replacement process.

The crew was fantastic. They showed up on time and made sure to protect all our landscape prior to construction. They worked through the extreme heat and completed the job by the end of the day. They best part is, the cleanup was very thorough. They removed all trash and debris. The new roof looks amazing!

Not gonna lie I felt some type of way about removing our house’s original slate roof from 1901!!! But man does the new roof look so good! HUGE shout out to Riley Chatfield and Sy Saqfelhait for a seamless customer experience! Can’t recommend these two enough!

100/10 would definitely recommend!! Not only is the company quick and efficient but Josh Miller definitely goes to bat for you to get you a good deal and insurance coverage if warranted. We're extremely impressed and satisfied with our new roof and gutters!

We had a great experience working with Imperial. Zane Levesseur our rep was amazing from start to finish. We had some wind damage on our roof and soffits. Zane submitted photos to Progresive and they covered both the roof and soffit. Clean up was great and crew was done in 1 day! Thank you Zane and Imperial!

First off Josh Miller is probably one of the best superintendents that I've ever experienced is a professional his knowledge, his respect sold me on using your company to install a roof with new siding and gutters I couldn't be any or happier and more satisfied with anything thank you thank you thank you and coming from a carpenter with 49 years of experience it's very hard to please me thank you for your service I appreciate it very much

We worked with project manager, Bill Grayless, from start to finish for our new roof and it was such a relief to have honest, respectful and professional support from him and the company! Bill helped with the insurance, answered questions and even helped out on the install! Talk about excellent customer service, Bill and Imperial Roofing are the best in the business! Zane was my project manager and was really great at answering all of our questions. He had the crews there on time, took pictures and sent them to me while they did the work and followed up afterwards with me to address any concerns- very good at customer service! I would recommend you reach out to them if you have any roofing needs and make sure you ask for Zane!!

I had Zane Levesseur at Imperial Roofing do a free inspection because I thought I had a leak around my vent pipe. He found some shingle damage and we submitted to my insurance. My adjuster was impressed by how detailed and thorough and fair the estimate was. My entire roof was replaced!

The installers were amazing - no damage to any flowers beds and I have not found a single bit of debris!

Zane was with me every step of the way and I encourage you to have him inspect your roof, too!

The company was used for my solar plan. The roof needed to be redone to support the solar panels. Imperial came out and did the job right. They even replaced some damaged plywood which hadn't been discovered until the started removing the shingles. Overall I would have given them a 10 star rating but you can only go 5. Would recommend them for any roofing need for sure.

Choosing a new roof and siding seemed like an overwhelming task for someone who can’t make a decision on the spot. Josh was so patient and kind by showing multiple options and giving his professional advice. I am so happy I chose this company and I’m very thankful I had Josh guiding me from start to finish!

We had a storm come thru and tear off the top part of our roof. Josh came out and was extremely knowledgeable on the insurance process and made it so much less of a headache than I ever imagined. We decided to go with a metal roof, Josh was able to get that taken care of for us too.

Meet with Josh on a Saturday ( pricing was on point) that following Thursday material showed up. The team was on site the next morning. 7 hours start to finish. The guy was super respectful. No trash waste was left behind. Josh followed up that day and the following Monday as well. I would highly recommend.
