Thurman Plumbing came to the rescue early on a Saturday morning when my hot water line burst underneath the house and flooded my crawl space. The guys climbed in the worse crawl space around to fix our problems and get us up and running again. Thank you Thurman Plumbing!

Being new to the area and a new customer I felt like existing customers came first as my appointments never were on time because they were too busy. I was also charged over 300.00 to tell me they could only find my water line where it transitioned from copper to PVC which I already knew, what I needed was them to find the PVC line because of a new fence install. The fence guys found it, did without water for 2 days and it cost 450 to fix it. I also asked them to quote a new tubinstall, hot water heater, and propane lines for 2 heaters but never heard back so my feeling is existing customers take presidence, they are just too busy for new customers, just my opinion from first experience with them, current customers would probably rate them a 5 and have good reason I'm sure.
