My faucet in the garage was leaking and I didn’t notice it for a couple of days. I called Beene Plumbing and Jesse sent his pro Chris out to look at my issue. He diagnosed it and fixed it Johnnie on the spot. He was very Polite and professional. He double checked to make sure the leak was corrected and then cleaned up the area nicely after he was finished, he’s very efficient. Also from the time I made the call to the time He arrived, It was only a two hour window. Excellent customer service. I will definitely call Beene plumbing again.

Praise for the 3 guys who went above and beyond to tackle an unconventional project in my 100 year old home. Clean, friendly and honest. These pros are well trained, with a dedication to job excellence. I would not hesitate to the recommendation!

I work for a general contractor in Oklahoma and we regularly use Beene Services, LLC for our projects. They are very reliable and fully embrace the time constraints that can accompany construction projects. Every encounter I have had with them, via phone or email has been a pleasant experience. In particular, Debbie Bloem is simply delightful. She is always friendly and ready to assist me with whatever I need. I know that when I reach out, there is always someone on the receiving end who is ready and capable, no matter what I need. I would definitely recommend Beene Services, LLC.

Excellent Service
We called Beene Plumbing with an emergency and they responded within 30 minutes. Becky, the receptionist , was so courteous and helpful and Jamie, the plumber, took care of the issue with skill and friendliness. We are so appreciative of their prompt service and kindness. We highly recommend Beene Plumbing.

This is Scot Lewis from the (name removed for legal reasons) Hospital northeast of Tulsa. I can’t thank you all enough for your outstanding performance in restoring water to our hospital. You answered the phone at 0530 and had a crew onsite by about 0619. Your men are professional, courteous, and very competent in their field. They stayed on task and wasted no time completing the job. This failure of the main water line outside the hospital had the potential to severely impact our ability to provide healthcare services but due to the dedication and professionalism of your crew, impact was minimized and water was restored by early afternoon. Great work! I will absolutely put you at the top of my list for commercial plumbing repairs, both emergency and routine.

Beene Services is amazing to work with from start to finish. I have learned over the years were Communication is Strong, Trust is Strong and Beene Services is great with communication from working with invoices/draws/lien releases with Debbie to working with Mike in the field, Terry with estimating and lastly when needed the owner Ricky will discuss any questions or concerns to make sure the customer is always happy. I would highly recommend for any commercial jobs.

I would highly recommend Beene Services for residential plumbing. Jesse and Eric came to my house and repaired a hot water tank that a local Tulsa company had tried to repair. Jesse and Eric discovered that the local company had installed my water recirculating pump backwards. This was causing my house to not have hot water. It was a quick fix and a very reasonable repair call. The local company had said I would need a new hot water tank. I was glad Jesse and Eric took the time to inspect rather than just recommend to replace the water heater. It saved me a lot of money. Both of these guys were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and on-time. Beene Services will be the plumbing company I use from now on.

Once again, Beene Services to my rescue, this time to repair my hot water heater. First experience was with the QUICK installation of my gas stove we just purchased. I was so impressed with how quickly they installed my stove that I turned around and called them a couple days later when I broke my shower valve. Found out it was the boss who installed my stove! Quick and very professional! It's nice to have a good "plumber" you can rely on. Thank you Beene Services, one happy satisfied customer!

I called Katlin this afternoon because we had a water leak in the shower and had to turn the water off. Kristopher Hill responded to the call for help and came out this afternoon/evening to fix it. He was very professional with regards to the quality of work and attention to detail. I enjoyed visiting with him while he was here. I think Kris also did our Hot Water tank back in the winter and that also was a great experience. Thank you Kris and Katlin for all your help today.

Beene services is who I recommend to everyone. They are professional, knowledgable, on time, and do quality work. I have used them for changing out a hot water tank, replacing sewer lines and installing a new toilet. I have a older home and have old pipes . They understand that and do a great job replacing them if not repairable They let you know up front what needs to be done and want to make sure you are satisfied with their work. I highlly recommentd you call them for all your plumbing needs
