We have used Chapman twice since we moved here two years ago. They get here in a timely manner, are very professional, and make the process relatively painless. I have already been recommending them to friends and we will definitely use them again!

Awesome company to work with! Called them on Monday, came out Tuesday morning. Was a bit more work than anticipated, thought they would return the following day but showed back up and completed the work the same day! Both crews that came out were super nice! Left the property just as they found it! Will definitely be calling them again with any of our HVAC needs!

I called Chapman HVAC today, and a nice man called me back the same day to tell me when a service man would arrive to help me with my AC unit. They both arrived and were very polite and found my trouble. I was greatly relieved and they changed out my thermostat, answered any questions I had and tested to be sure it worked properly. I am so thankful for their promptness and courtesy to my concerns. I recommend Chapman HVAC!!!

Chapman did a great job for my mom when her house was flooded. We never got to meet them in person but they communicated well via text and took great care of things at my mom’s house. I highly recommend this company.

Called Chapman HVAC Monday morning with air conditioner issues from over the weekend. A serviceman was at my house and had it fixed same day. I appreciate your promptness and level of expertise.

From start to finish had a great experience. Very responsive and followed up with updates. The service tech was very detailed and explained exactly what he was doing. And when the job was finished, he went over everything he did and why. Definitely will continue to use them as well recommend them.

Chapman HVAC went above and beyond install a new HVAC system in our home. They took the time to measure and calculate what we needed to heat and cool our home efficiently. Shaun and his team of professionals were knowledgeable and did the removal and installation of our new system and the requested upgrades in one day. It was on an Oklahoma 100 degree day, when I arrived home from vacation to discover my air conditioning unit had stopped cooling. I contacted Chapman HAVC and they was able to arrive the next morning to fix my cooling problem. Jake and Shaun worked many hours and a few trips to Tulsa to get me cooled by the end of the day. Very professional and knowledgeable of the situation and kept me informed of every step in the process. Im very thankful for Chapman HVAC prompt response and service. Yes, I would recommend this company for any and all your heat and air installs and service. Super nice employees and great company.

I’ve used Chapman HVAC a couple times now, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Most recently I had an issue with my unit freezing up due to a drainage issue. Cody and Jake came out the next day and were able to get it fixed up in about an hour and went beyond that to give me a handful of tips to make my unit run more efficiently now that it’s working again. In a world where HVAC companies have a reputation for overcharging you and working you over to try and get you to spend more money, the crew at Chapman are a step above the rest. Can’t recommend enough.

I contacted Chapman HVAC when I discovered my AC wasn’t working, and they were able to come out the same day. The two technicians were professional, courteous, and clearly explained the issue to me. I highly recommend their services. Also, as an educator, I appreciate their commitment to mentoring recent graduates who are interested in the HVAC field. Shaun was so professional and kind. He took time to explain what he was doing and what had gone wrong with my air conditioning unit. Then, he patiently re-explained what I didn't understand! He also told me about the filters and showed me how to change them. I definitely recommend Chapman HVAC!

They always give us options for repair vs replacement, when it's possible. They come quickly and are very thorough. We feel they have integrity and respect us. They value us as their customer. Replaced old hot water tank, great timely service. Guys were great! 2/25/2025 Just installed new heat/air system, very satisfied. Guys were great, very knowable and polite, explained new system and how to operate. Highly recommend!!!

Chapman services were GREAT! I needed quick service, and they were able to get to my issue the day I called. The Tech Robert was nice and informative, solved my issue quickly and let me know everything he was doing. I highly recommend this company, they really seem to care about their customers and providing quality service.

Hayden at Chapman HVAC was great. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I was very pleased with the experience. I would recommend them if you are needing AC or Heating repairs or installation.

I've used Chapman HVAC several times for multiple different heating and air units and they have always done an exceptional job determining my issues and getting them fixed. They have also installed a couple new mini split units for me and you can't beat their quality of work. They truly care about the customer and making sure they are taken care of in the best way possible. Fast response time every time I've used them. Very reasonable pricing. I'm always confident in their work. Highly recommend using them and they will forever have my business.

Chapman HVAC is absolutely fabulous! They’ve helped keep our apartment complex perfectly cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Their team is incredibly fast to respond, always friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve also had the pleasure of using them for personal HVAC work, and I was just as satisfied.
