Amazing staff!!!!!
Great installation. I can’t remember the two men names who did the install, it’s that way sometimes when you’re 75 years old, but they were both professional, amazing people, very good at explaining things to my understanding. From the initial phone contact person to the installers, I experienced a perfect encounter of mental comfort from beginning to completion of the installation.

I had noticed that my water bill was about five times higher than anything. We called these fellas next so you know they show up they give a diagnosis of everything they look all over the place and William comes back in the mud suit. I was like what are you doing in informed me he was gonna go underneath my house and climb around and all the sludge and try to find the leak underneath my house. I thought to myself that’s an absolutely terrible job you’re doing but instead of him responding sarcastically are rude. He says here to serve you sir and it doesn’t matter what it takes. I’m gonna find out what’s wrong at your property And they did this may be by far the best company for any kind of plumbing issues. professional kind on the spot on tile and affordable

Michael was great to work with. He addressed and fixed the clogged kitchen drain. Very professional and would recommend. All on a Sunday! Thank you!

Juan was fantastic! He was sent out to fix a problem that was caused by the previous people attempting to fix our heating and it left the cooling unit not working. With his loads of experience working on HVAC he inadvertantly fixed the heating problem that the previous crew was unable to fix and fixed the cooling unit not working. He was quick and professional and had a can do attitude about fixing the problem!

I have so much confidence in Quality Heating, Air, Plumbing, and Electric. They have been awesome every time I have had to use them. About 2 weeks ago William came and fixed a problem with one of my toilets and then this past Sunday, I came home after church to a flood, my hot water tank had gone out- I called and Jeremy came out pretty quickly and helped me get it together so I at least had cold water until they came back on Tuesday to install a tankless water heater for my house. It took plumbing and electric to do this. Jeremy and Jaiden for the plumbing piece and Dante and Levi for the electric. Thanks Guys for all you do! Appreciate this company - they are awesome!

Without a doubt he was very polite, courteous, and explained everything very clearly. Having been self employed for over 30 years, I can say you have a real asset in him as an employee!

William was professional and courteous. We had a problem with our dishwasher and wanted to rule out any clogs in the line. He was able to help rule that out for us quickly. Quality is always quick to come out when we have a problem, and it is always appreciated

William was able to clear my plumbing issues quickly, and D.J.'s camera found the source of the trouble. Both did a great job of explaining my options and giving me tips on keeping the lines clear. I'll definitely call Quality again.

Quality, the name says it ALL!!!
The last two days, I've had a handful of the employees in my home, and would recommend to everyone I know!! We had a new electrical panel installed, HVAC system installed, tankless water heater, had the garage door evaluated, among all the other pieces that make the puzzle whole. HUGE SHOUT OUT to the following employees - For the Electrical side: Dante and Coryon K. For the HVAC side: Remington K., Kamren H., Keyton S., and William H. For the Plumbing side: Jeremy R., William W., and Derek G. Thank you Craig J. with Stellar for making sure the garage door was in tip top shape! Also can't forget Braden P. for working super late, to make sure financing was approved. To make a long story short, call Quality for any of your needs, you won't be disappointed!! Oh, and locally owned?? Even better!!!

Tyler showed up quickly and got the heat working again. He never tried to convince me that it was in need of major repairs, instead he was honest about it being a minor switch needing repaired. Other companies I’ve dealt with before always tried to upsale me for more money but not Tyler. Thank you quality for amazing service

You guys are amazing, our motor went out on the fan in our condenser unit outside. I gave you guys a call hoping I could get something done at least by Monday and this was on a Friday night. Instead you guys told me you could be at my house in under an hour and your service tech Juan gave me a call and was on his way. He was so nice and very professional, he got here and had my AC back up and running in less than an hour. I will definitely use you guys for any other problems I have in the future and I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone needing your service. 5 Big Stars for sure. Thanks again

Great HVAC company that really helped with the air flow in our house. Some rooms weren't getting enough air so they recommended getting a distribution box with dampeners. After they installed we just had to play with the dampeners and it worked out great. Now all the rooms get an equal distribution of cool air. They were great to work with from the Dave Yates to every technician that came out to do the work. I highly recommend this company.

A little pricier than the competitors, but they did stand behind their work and it held up.

I had them replace the main drain, and within a week or so it separated. After going back and forth a couple times. Understandable with the cost of labor and everything associated, they made it right and the repair has had zero issues. The work was done quickly and on time with what they quoted. No additional charges were added after quote. I wanted to make sure everything maintained before leaving the review. Thank you for standing behind your work.

William did an excellent job installing a new hot water heater for me on a recent Saturday. He was professional, knowledgeable and hard working. The same can be said for his assistant technician, Skylar. I chose this company because of their weekend availability and I would recommend them.

Nate took care of a tripped circuit breaker for me today. It was such a simple problem that the company did not charge me for it. I did want to note though that Nate did a terrific job, explaining everything to me. He’s very Considerate.

We had an emergency situation in the evening with our drain being clogged and everything was backed up. Quality was the only company that we contacted who was able to come out this evening and not the next day. Derek did an excellent job of getting rid of the excess water & clearing the clogged drain! Appreciate his work to clear it out! DJ came the next day with the camera to make sure all was good & helped find out clear valve which was covered up by previous owners. Highly recommend Quality for your plumbing needs!

Our house is getting pretty old so we have had many members of the team out here this year. First we had a plumbing issue and received top notch care. Then it was the water heater, thermostat replacement, and today was an a/c inspection. Amy and Chris provided detailed documentation, pictures, quotes, and explained all of our issues and options very clearly. It has not mattered which division we have worked with; heating,cooling, or plumbing, they have provided excellent services and professional work ethic going above and beyond each visit. Let's not forget the ladies in the office who have assisted us with billing and scheduling. They are pretty wonderful.

Remington was attentive and took time to investigate, identify and recommend a solution for a minor issue while conducting the yearly maintenance on my furnace.
The Quality team has always quickly responded to queries and gone above and beyond to provide service.

Scaasi was able to help us same-day on a weekend when our furnace stopped, unfortunately it was a Sunday and we needed a specific part for this brand, but got a quick and direct diagnosis that was on point. Helpful explanation and great service all around.

Everyone at Quality from phone representatives, salesperson, installers were highly professional!! All were courteous and respectful of our property. Josh and Billy were the technicians and they were exceptional! Kudos to them and everyone else. Everyone exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend Quality Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing for your heating, cooling, and plumbing needs!!
