Again, these two guys have done an excellent job. They cleaned carpet, dryer vents and air ducts. Spot cleaning on pet stains removed and the citrus scent is always welcome. Talon and RJ came through again. Great job guys🫶🏻

Excellent service! Their cleaning was fabulous, and they explained every single detail to me, so that I understood my options, and how to care for everything. My house is fresh and ready for the holiday!

RJ and Lloyd came by today to do the air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning for my home and they made the experience so painless! They were professional, kind, and educational about what they were doing. They did a great job and everything looks new.

Tech was very prompt, actually before time window and was very knowledgeable. Got right to the job and was finished in know time. The carpet looks great. Have other things to be done later.

Dumbfounded in a GOOD way. We had a carpeted room w urine stains. We did the deep clean (non-topical) option. I was shocked how much better our home smells now. The deep odor treatment was pricey but worth it.

Zeroeez is more than professional!! They truly care about their customers. Not only did they clean our carpets (learning all about the natural cleaners they use) they also cleaned a very large wool/silk rug my mother left me when she passed away. They cleaned it on a Sunday and hand delivered it to me on Monday to ensure it was placed in the POD heading to Florida! I am so pleased with their service. I would recommend them to anyone!! Truly a blessing!

Redid my review. Carpets looked great and after the tile dried it looked good too. I would recommend. Was concerned about the tile when I looked at it wet but after the tile sealer dried it looked much better.

James showed up earlier than expected, which was wonderful. He was very efficient and very friendly/professional. This was my second time using them and I will definitely use them again.

Update to a previous review: Taylor cleaned my carpets, rugs & bathroom tile today at my home. He was friendly, knowledgeable about his product and did a great job. My original five star review stands strong!

(Previous review) Zerorez is really great! I love that no chemicals are used & their clean just seems to last longer than traditional chemical carpet cleanings. Staff is professional & thorough. They cleaned carpets in my office building & everything looks so nice!

Arrived exactly at set time. Cody came in & assessed every room giving me all options available & made suggestions. He explained everything thoroughly. The carpets were in rough shape but Cody worked hard & diligently and Wow! They all came out beautiful & no bad chemical odors. In fact no odor at all. He was knowledgeable, very friendly, patient, & not "pushy" at all. In the future I will use this company always & Cody. In fact we are scheduling air duct cleaning next. Very satisfied & happy with Zerorez!

The picture is a room where the dogs pottied multiple times and sadly has become their place to go. It looks like a new room now :)

Talon went above and beyond and really exceed our expectations. He was able to get many stains and was very professional. Highly recommend asking for talon!
