Fast, friendly, efficient, reasonably priced. Issue was quickly diagnosed and repaired better than before. Very friendly staff.

It is so nice to see women getting into the trades! Ideal Plumbing sent Rebecca to replace my outside fouset and put a shut off inside the house. She gave us her background and that see has been a plumber for 4 years and loves it! I asked for copper line instead of the new style line they use. She was more than happy to install it, and actually prefers using it! A professional for sure!

After my water heater went kaput on a Saturday and getting the run around from Enercare for 4 days to convert to a rental from the one I owned and then having them suggest I would have to wait another 5 days to bring equipment they didn't realized I needed, I reached out to Ideal. Less than 24 hours after placing my initial call, I had a new water heater that required exterior venting and hot water finally! From their friendly and efficient dispatcher, to the 3 men who came to my home (Nick, Tom and Isaac) who were extremely professional, they worked quickly (1 hour and they were done). A stressful situation was turned around in the blink of an eye, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Thank you!

Polite, efficient service

Quick response to our after-hour emergency service call. Were able to send a service tech the next day to make the repair. The tech (Rebecca) was able to find the above ceiling leak and make the repair with minimal collateral damage. Job well done.

I've had an excellent experience with this company and the services. They were there for me within 20 minutes of my emergency. It was late at night. My sump pump failed and I was nervous and wanted to avoid a bigger issue if I didn't address it immediately. Good thing this crew was available and resolved the problem. I am now referring them to a friend who is having issues and unfortunately during the holidays but guess what.... these people are there! Thank you Andy and Mark!

As a small business owner I am SO impressed with the level of customer service, organization and communication I have experienced so far with Ideal.

Full disclosure my job isn't completed thus far but I really wanted to write a review because I have been exceptionally happy.

The team has had their work cut out for them fixing a plumbing job done by another company that was wasn't done properly by any means, leaving me first hand to experience the worst of the works vs. the best of the best in the field. I've been through it with contractors on this bathroom renovation and finally feel at ease with Ideal on the job!

As a small business owner I as super impressed that the owner came out to do the estimate (#goals), within a day I had a written estimate sent to me and a date booked. The price kinda shocked me but I am told by many in the business that this is sincerely the cost of plumbing in 2023. I feel SO at ease knowing I have chosen to deal with a reputable company in the Niagara region where the work will be covered if any issues do occur justifying the higher price point.

The team has been pretty professional and funnyAF, the male energy is given me life as a house full of ladies! I highly recommend taking the time to interact with the crew for some free entertainment.

Side note: I can NOT believe that this company has anything less than a 5 star review on google based on my own experience with Ideal so listen to mine instead! LOL :)
