I used Williams Kool Heat at the commercial establishment I manage when our air conditioner was not working. They were able to come out the next day and took care of everything. They explained the problem and some additional suggestions clearly. The person who initially answered the phone and technician were both very professional and approachable. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again for both my commercial and residential needs.

The technician was professional and friendly. He went above and beyond and answered all my questions, and worked on our unit in a not so easy to reach location where many other companies refused. We are incredibly thankful!

Service was provided fast. Technicians were on time, super. Ice, and knowledgeable and ensured a clean space when finished their work. Dealing with Sharri at the office was super pleasant.

The technician was extremely nice very friendly knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed within half an hour. We had a technician from Enercare come a few days ago and said it was running fine even with a video we showed. We sent the same video to William Kool and they immediately said it was a capacitor. All fixed we will sleep good tonight. Thank you so much for your great service.

We got a quote for a newer furnace and a brand new install of central air. They were quick and offered as soon as the following Monday for installation.
Unfortunately our plans got scewed and we had to hold off. Dave was understanding of the situation and held the units we chose until we were ready to install.
Both units went in today in about 6 hours time. They are clearly hard workers and don't mess around. I don't think they stopped all day.
As someone who works for a local family business, it was important to me to support local and we definitely feel like we made the right choice. Thank you again for everything today and over this last month !

Can not say enough about how pleased I am with the service provided. They arrived exactly when they said, they didn’t leave a mess, and they helped me better understand the two units they inspected.

My AC stopped working in the middle of the night. I called Williams heating and air conditioning When they open at 9 AMand they were able to get my AC running the next Day by 3 PM. Elmer was very professional and knowledgable about my AC unit. He replaced the capacitor and clean the unit. It runs like new. I will use them anytime I have a problem. They are a good company with reasonable prices.

Royce and Dave stopped by a couple of days after I called and asked for a quote to have my HVAC duct work reworked. To make it work more efficiently. Roughly 2 weeks later, they were able to fit us into their schedule.

After the duct work, we were impressed and had them come back to install an on demand gas water heater and re-work our existing gas infrastructure. During the installation, we asked if they were able to correct a few other items while they were there. They were more than happy to accommodate the extra work and billed us accordingly.

The installation of the water heater required the increase in the size of pipe that comes into the house from the gas meter. While installing the pipe, they found the gas meter installed by another contractor 2 weeks earlier was installed incorrectly and was leaking. (We could smell gas occasionally outside)

A high commendation also goes out to their employees, we found them to be friendly and personable.

I am looking forward to working with them again in the future

Let’s begin with the bottom line; Williams Kool Heat is a truly competent, reliable, reasonable and responsive HVAC company, servicing all your heating and cooling requirements. Dave Williams, the principal of the company has years of experience and very deep skills in everything HVAC.

I can testify to this about Dave and his crew after having years of experience with Williams Kool Heat. My first contact with the company was over 8 years ago. Dave recommended a complex and totally creative solution to a serious problem I had with the combined hot water and radiant floor system in the house. Dave’s recommendation was implemented, and to this day the boiler system that was installed was the best possible solution, and money well spent. I have been ecstatic with the system.

And because of my experience with Dave over the years, I went to Williams Kool Heat once more when I needed a complete HVAC replacement on my 22-year-old home. My trust in Dave is so firm that I did not look to another vendor for a competitive quote. I know and trust Dave’s ethics and his work.

Dave had his crew come in and in less than two days, I had a new high efficiency furnace, A/C unit and ERV installed and functioning perfectly. Dave’s crew worked incredibly efficiently and especially cohesively when they were on-site. Royce is very knowledgeable and capable, Elmer is likewise a wealth of knowledge and very detail oriented, Dylan has years of experience in HVAC and Sean, who primarily did sheet metal work was more detailed and meticulous in his work than I have ever seen. Most importantly, all of these men looked to each other for advice and problem solving, discussing amongst themselves the best solution to the problems. There were no egos in the room; this is a cohesive, complimentary group of guys, and the outcome was wonderful.

There are numerous HVAC companies to chose from. Making the right choice is always the challenge. Choosing to go with Dave Williams and Williams Kool Heat has infinitely improved our life in this home, and I am so fortunate to have Dave in our corner for all our HVAC needs.

Our air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day so far this season which happened to be a Sunday. Called Williams Kool Heat and James was able to come by within two hours.

It took him under fifteen minutes to troubleshoot and identify the source of the issue and he fixed it promptly as well as tuning the blower speed to better match the size of our air conditioner.
