Excellent customer service

Did a great job of cleaning our carpets!

I decided to use this company over jani king..there price is much lower and there service is bar none superior..i recomend america cleaning solutions to anyone who is tired of having to complain in order to get what your paying for!!!

Very friendly staff. They went above and beyond to help make sure I found what I needed. And I absolutely love the products. Especially the mop solution.

I needed a company I could depend on and that had great customer service, ACS is just that. They exceed expectations and have the best group of people to help in any way. You will not be disappointed to have ACS on your team!

Always above and beyond! I recently had a tenant moving in on a Monday and did not get the suite cleaned the following week as i should have (oops!). When i called Monday morning and explained the situation, they rushed someone down within the hour to clean the suite to perfection before my tenant arrived! Completely saved me! This is only the most recent of events. I have used this company going on 5 years and have always had exceptional service!

They said supplies and I was treated so rudely by some extremely untrained and uninformed people about even the supplies they had displayed.

They said they were not for sale and could not even give a price it was absurd and they tried to act like I was the idiot for asking when the raggedy awning under their name clearly states janitorial supplies

The older blonde gal (I am assuming manager or owner?) is one of the snarkiest people I have ever met. Talks down to you and is extremely passive aggressive. Definitely not someone I would want to give my business too. Maybe learn how to talk to customers with some decency. One bad person can tarnish a company's name and reputation unfortunately.
