I found and contacted Armadas Exteriors through Angies List. They called me back the same day and made an appointment to estimate the work. Micailyn came at the appointed time, walked around the house with me as we talked about what I wanted done. She was very professional and polite and stayed a little longer to take measurements. We had a bid from her by the next day and Armadas was considerably more affordable to the other two bids we had received. On the day of the work, Daniel, Paul and Paul came earlier than the appointed time, ready to work. They worked a full day and and finished waterproofing the morning of the second day and were done before noon. We love our brilliant white gutters and they make the house look nicer. BTW the day after they finished, the weather rained down cats and dogs and I the gutters worked like butter. No more drips from the gutters onto my bald spot! I would trust Armadas Exteriors for any other exterior work!

Lloyd at Armada did a great job on the gutters. Not only did he coordinate with the roofers, but worked with me on choosing the gutter profile and downspout shape. He answered all my questions and I'm really happy with the look of the new gutters. Lloyd did not let me lose sight of the function of gutters and downspouts either: he designed a drainage system and made sure there were enough downspouts to handle not only rain but the roof debris from all the trees around my house. We've had some good rains and the gutters have handled the water as well as bringing the debris down thru the spouts to the clean-outs. Great comapny.

I highly recommend Armadas. We had brilliant service from the very start, right up until the gutter job was finished. Initial response time for an estimate was lightning fast, and they scheduled me right away for the job. The owner (Lloyd) and his installers are all professionals, and were pleasant to work with. I have zero complaints!

A friend recommended Armadas Exterior to me. They installed new gutters with screens and I couldn't be happier. Not only do they look fantastic because I was able to pick a color that matched my house but they work better than expected. I highly recommend this service.

Used Armada's for replacement of gutters on our ADU - they were on time for the estimate, open about pricing and the work that needed to be done. The value was by far superior to other estimates we got as they added two additional downspouts where we had runs of over 30' and still were competitive with other companies offering less. The work was done by their large professional crew. They arrived on time and kept us in the loop as to their progress. Would highly recommend them for gutter replacement!

I called a few companies to get a quote for having my old house gutters removed and replaced with new ones. Lloyd Anderson with Solar Tech Illumination got back to me the same day. His quote was unbeatable. And we are very happy with the quality of the installation. Our house looks much better with the updated gutters. We highly recommend this company. Lloyd afrom Armadas came to do an estimate and roof inspection for us as we negotiated roof repair and replacement with potential buyers, did thorough work with photo documentation the same day as the request, gave us a reasonable estimate, and answered questions from both parties fairly, graciously, and clearly. Armadas provided excellent gutters at a most reasonable cost. They worked me into there busy schedule to install them. The installation went smoothly and they did a great job of cleanup and removal of the old gutters. About a week later I had a small problem with a leak from behind the gutter in one spot. After notifying Armadas, they were out immediately to take care of the problem, which was done by placing additional flashing in the problem area. I have recommended this firm to others already.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Andrew and the adorable "Shop Dog" Loki to our home for an estimate on a potential siding project. The estimate was fair and competitive. Although we did not move forward with the project, we would gladly contact Armadas in the future for an estimate, and recommend this great local company to friends and neighbors who are looking for an estimate.

I have nothing but high praise for this company and workers. They did a great job reroofing our house and total clean up afterwards so there was nothing in our yard to show that they had even been there. We had one small issue and within 3 days Randy personally came to take care of it.

It finally happened, we had a leak in the roof! I knew just who to call, after his company did such an amazing job on my gutters a few years ago Lloyd at Armadas was my guy! He and his crew did not disappoint. They were professional, courteous and fast! Every day they were working Lloyd would drop by to check on the progress of the roof and discuss any issues or questions I had. Waylon, Steve and Josh were the main 3 guys doing the work, each one of them was wonderful, they put up with all of my questions about everything that was happening and took time to explain things to me. Instead of charging us a ton of extra money, they took the time to educate my husband and I on simple repairs and things that we could do ourselves around the roof and gutter area. We have a covered back patio and have always had an issue where water dripped where the cover meets the roof. When asked if Waylon and his crew could place some flashing there to stop the drip, Waylon’s reply was “already did it”. Each day before leaving they would walk the perimeter of my house and pick up every bit of their trash. I could go on and on about how amazing these guys are but I’m sure google has some kind of a word limit! Trust me, these guys are worth every penny and more!

Armadas Exterior was recommended to us via Home Advisor. Jeff was very friendly, helpful, communicative & informative during the estimate process. Their quote to replace the existing gutters on our small home was very much in line with my prior research online, so we opted to go with them.

Their automated system for formal estimate, scheduling and invoicing was simple and helpful as well. Everything was communicated to us concisely and promptly, which goes a long way for me.

The Armadas team on the ground for the installation was great! Punctual, polite and fast. Our house looks great and having just gotten our 1st rainfall since the installation; everything is working well.

Armadas Exterior was responsive and professional. They were able to send someone out to the business I work at the very same day I contacted them! They checked a leaky gutter for repair and, upon realizing it was simply a bad clog, fixed it right then and there. Teresa and their estimator, Lloyd, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be reaching out to them in the future if our gutters decide to act up again!

Armadas did amazing work! They scheduled earlier than planned and and at a reasonable cost. I was working during the installation, but you wouldn't have even known they were there except for seeing the new gutters. My experience with Armadas Exterior has been nothing but positive, beginning with my initial contact with Teresa, the office manager. This company has the very best customer service of any business I have dealt with for as long as I can remember. Upon contacting Teresa, she immediately arranged for Lloyd, the owner, to come out and give a bid on our five building condominium complex. We needed new gutters and downspouts for all of the buildings. Lloyd had the bid to me, separated by building as requested, within one day. When I needed a true color chart, he was at my door within half an hour with the manufacturer's color book. After the ice storm, I called the office to inquire as to whether it would be necessary to hire someone to clean off our roofs before the gutter installation. Again, Lloyd immediately came out and cleared the roofs of the limbs and debris - at no charge.

Jeff, who was in charge of the gutter installation, completed all of the buildings in the designated amount of time - working long, full days. He was punctual, efficient, made a point to keep me informed as to everything that was being done and walked me through the completed work daily. The clean up was thorough, which was greatly appreciated.

I can't say enough about this company. Teresa, Lloyd and Jeff are phenomenal. The gutters and downspouts look great and they, along with the Premier gutter covers, are top quality. I highly recommend Armadas Exterior for the quality of their work and products, their professionalism and most of all, their exceptional customer service.

Armadas Exterior had installed our brand new gutters over the summer. We choose them based on reviews as well as their price. (Formerly - Solartech). The installation went smoothly. Jason and his team were excellent with communication and scheduling and the new gutters worked great. After a few months I requested they come back out and make a minor adjust to one of the gutters and Jason responded promptly and scheduled time with me. He came out, fixed the one issue, cleaned out our gutters and noticed that we could use an additional downspout. We scheduled additional time, he came out and did the install free of charge under warranty. I was super thrilled with the work! On top of that, he came back out a third time and painted the downspout to match the other downspouts. All under warranty and happily. I have rarely ever had this kind of exceptional service and would recommend Armadas at any point. I will consider them for any future exterior work as well. Super thrilled!

Armadas did a fantastic job color match, installation and timing was absolutley perfect and it has been almost 2 years now and their product that was installed is still working great and looks perfect. I highly recommend Armadas
