My call was very urgent. This owner and assistant understood and I cant thank them enough. Wonderful job for my daughter just coming out of the hospital. I love them for this help.

Both the Zerorez people we had contact with were personable and professional. It was actually fun making the appointment and fun interacting with Chris. Both people gave me a positive feel about the company plus the did good work!! Carpets are clean and no perfume or chemical smell!!! Thank you !!!!

Christian and Brandon were great! Very professional and friendly. They were considerate of our furniture as they worked and took the time to explain the process. They did three rooms in under an hour, using products that are safe for our dog and baby. We have some high traffic areas that look so much better, thank you!

Pleasure working with Nikki and Mark both are professional and genuinely nice people. I am impressed with the promptness of site visit to quote my project and THEN return same evening to deep clean 2 commercial retail bathrooms and 2 entryways.

Zerorez is my go-to for carpet cleaning. Marcus did a great job with pet stains, etc. Carpet was thoroughly suctioned and completely dry within ten hours. I recommend them highly.

Love Operator Chris! She was bright and cheerful. She phoned in a timely manner to let me know she was going to be a bit late. The office had already alerted me that her previous client had a very large house so I was prepared. She was quick and very efficient and did a very nice job.

The tech did an amazing job. I have many rental properties and I always use them. No one else compares to zerores quality and tbh everyone else is almost twice as expensive as well.

This is the first time I have used this company. I loved the customer service and the time Mark took to educate me on how stains are created, which ones will lift vs not ever go away. I learned alot from him. Plus he was very professional yet friendly. I am very happy with the clean carpets and the effort put in.

Two before pictures and one after of one of the rooms they did. They also did my rental room, stairway, and landing. They were able to get a soot spot and dog poop stain out (near the fireplace) as well as lighten the high traction area that has damaged carpet. I will use ZeroRez again!
