Urban Arbor Care was prompt and very professional. They offered great suggestions and were extremely knowledgeable. They took down a tree and cleaned up a very large Red Oak. I was amazed that my flowerbeds all remained in perfect condition. After their cleanup the only way I knew they were here was because all of my trees looked refreshed and healthy. My neighbor then hired them and know two separate relatives. They come highly recommended!!!

I hired Urban Arbor Care to remove a EXTREMELY LARGE Cedar tree for me and they did a FANTASTIC JOB!!!! I was very happy with there work and the owner is very professional and his workers were a big asset to him and the job he did for me.

We used Urban Arbor Care at two different sites. The care the crew took to protect the property from damage was equally as impressive as the results of the tree trimming. Removing one old tree, grinding and removing the stump and hauling off the debris has made our yard look so much more open! Charles and Jason have earned us as repeat customers. We have one large apple tree that needs some cosmetic work and we know who to call. We would not hesitate to recommend them as well as use them again.

Charles came out to our place and removed some trees as well as trimmed some up. We were SO impressed by him. He was not only professional, but his crew was on time and well dressed. They were so knowledgeable about what types of trees we had and how to prune them so that the tree would last longer and be safer. They trimmed a large tree back from over our house and we were not once concerned about the safety of the house because they have the tools and know what they are doing. We highly recommend Charles and his crew for any concerns or questions you have about trees!!! They were fantastic!!!

These guys were amazing. We had five large (80-100 foot) fir trees removed from our back yard, which was inaccessible to a crane, so they devised a zip line over the house into the street below for transporting limbs. Then for the larger pieces they used a skid loader ferry system to get the 2-3 foot in diameter trunk pieces out of the yard. The crew was on time, professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. They protected the yard and cleaned up wonderfully afterwards. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Very professional, courteous and thoughtful about the removal of a liquid amber from a tight corner at the back of my lot. Arrived promptly at 8 a.m. with all the equipment needed for the job! The owner and crew get 5 stars for exemplary work at an fair price!

Charles walked up our hill through the ice in order to review the fallen tree on our house and was back out within a week with a large crew. All of them were respectful of us and our property, and worked efficiently. They cleaned everything up really well. Great work!

These guys were great. They were trimming a tree next door and I asked if they’d remove and chip a small pile of branches that I had on the side of my house. They just did it, no problem. They did a great job on my neighbors tree as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Charles and his crew are fantastic. He just removed a 100’ redwood that had grown to within about 3’ from a cottage on our property in an urban setting. Charles and his crew did a great job for us, and they earned some new lifetime customers. We had two trees next to our house that needed to be carefully removed, as well as another than was in need of some trimming. one of my coworkers had some trees fall on their house during a storm and recommended I contact urban arbor care. Their crew made quick work of it all and did an AMAZING job cleaning up afterwards. I can't recommend them enough.

I highly recommend Urban Arbor Care. Charles and his crew did a fantastic job removing a huge Doug Fir for me and they did it quickly, efficiently and without damaging my property. He worked to accommodate me considering all of my scheduling constraints and project delays and he was always super courteous and polite. When it was time to finally do the work, he and his crew were able to start and finish the work the same day and a lot quicker than I expected. Oh, and it was done for a great price, too! I will definitely work with him again.

We had a huge 100ft failing cottonwood tree that was dangerous for not only our home but multiple neighbors homes. It needed immediate attention. Charles got his crew scheduled right away. They payed careful attention to everything! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe and done the right way. The clean up was meticulous, literally nothing was left behind. We were extremely happy customers after Urban Arbor Care removed a 90ft hazardous oak tree from beside our house. They were creative in devising ways to take down the tree safely and efficiently without any damage to our home or our next door neighbors home.

Charles came out I called for an estimate he was out in 20 min, and was able to drop our 90-100 ft tall tree right then due to a cancelation amazing work ! Would recommend this company to anyone. And we will be using again in the future !

We have a grove of four 75-year old maple trees. Urban Arbor Care worked from the tops of our trees down. They carefully removed dead wood and overhanging branches which were touching our roof. All debris was removed as they worked. They also installed cables on two branches of our most massive tree. In case of high winds we will be safe. Urban Arbor did a very professional job

I think you can learn as much about the quality of a company when they make a mistake, and how they handle it, than almost anything else. We had a good initial experience with the bidding, but then the communication after that seemed to drop, and after several scheduling difficulties our day came, and we learned we were not on the schedule. I asked to speak to the owner, and everything went smoothly and expertly after that. As it turns out, this company is growing fast, and after a conversation with the owner, we were assured that they were bringing on another team member to handle the scheduling and communication. Despite not being on the schedule, the owner and his team came to our home immediately, and proceeded to expertly drop several large trees close to our home and many other structures. The team was very friendly, fast and did an unbelievably good job with cleanup including using a leaf blower to clean up the smallest of debris. The owner has a strong work ethic and takes pride in giving the customer the best service possible. We went from super disappointed and concerned to very pleased. We would hire them again without question. Mistakes will be made, we are human after all. It is how it is made up to the customer that matters. This company understands this which honestly feels rare these days. Highest recommendations.

Steve took our call immediately and was over for an inspection and estimate within a few hours. The crew was fantastic: hardworking, polite, enthusiastic, obviously enjoying the task. Working with the "Spider," they were done within six hours, give or take, having trimmed and pruned some nine trees, douglas firs and white oaks. Excellent work! The charge was reasonable, too.
