I called about midday and they were here by 3:30 and my air conditioner is now repaired. The gentleman was very nice and you just want to look for and make sure everything was working before he left.

Had to call on a Sunday when our AC unit went out. Kaleb showed up on time, was super friendly and helpful. Made sure we could stay cool on this 90 degree day!

Scott’s crew took well care of us from first call to completed project. They communicated very well with us and their work/field crew of Dennis, Jacob, and manager Brian did an awesome job and customized a few details to address/adapt to our needs. They were very friendly, professional, and cleaned up the work site quite well when finished. Will use them again without hesitation.

Very professional from the office to the technicians. The technicians were thorough and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced, I feel the service was quite a bargain. Extremely happy with my experience; we will use Scott’s again and will recommend their services to others in the region.

Nathan was our service person. He quickly found and fixed the problem with our fireplace. He was professional & answered any questions we had. He also cleaned/checked our furnace for any problems. We are very pleased with the service he provided.

Technicians that came out were super kind and did what they do best and got my ac/heater back up and running even though its old and outdated.

Everyone involved was very friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived right when they said they would and did a great job installing our air conditioning unit. Thjeir work was very clean and professional. They fixed the crossover in the crawl space and cleaned out debris under the house. I was very impressed with their work.

Professional, friendly, and answered my questions. Good to know that if they make an error they are willing to make it right. Few my friends recommended me Scott's instead of the other company in town.

Damien B was great he made sure to check everything and explained what he was doing. He cleaned the whole unit.

Well to start a few days before cold snap with negative temps my furnace went out. Called my local company to have a look and they came back with I need to replace system. 2/6/25 was the day furnace goes out and was told I need new. 2/10 company comes back to give quote. 2/20 finally got an email with quote and was quoted a system that was way to small for my house. Now let’s get to the good stuff. I called Scott’s 2/13 for a quote they came out that day were very helpful and professional. I had 3 quotes the next day and a new system installed on 2/21/25. Scott’s heating is the only place I will use from now on

The service tech Damien, was courteous Sharp and very knowledgeable. I think he did a great job and I hope to be able to have him service my system next year.

From the first contact until our HVAC was installed Scott’s team has been an absolute pleasure to work with . They answered all our questions , helped keep the costs down and worked to ensure that replacing our old system and installing the new one would be a seem less process . I called them left a voicemail early in the morning. They called back almost right after opening time and a technician come out same day. Nathan fixed our heater with no issues and very professional. Also, Monica help us tremendously with payment options. I will go with them again for all our heating/ac needs and recommend them highly!
