Simpson is very dependable. They let you know when they’re heading to your house (within the time frame) and promptly get to work. They get the job done quickly and efficiently and then are on their way. Their rates seem reasonable.

Josiah and John were great, explaining the various issues with my 84 year old house and the best ways to address the separate concerns. I had complete faith in their expertise. I highly recommend this company.

Service man is amazing was very punctual very friendly and very honest. When you call to set up an appointment you were greeted with friendliness and really good communication. Really fair prices up front honest about their price. Would highly recommend using them they are worth the phone call.

Great work upgrading my panel from 100 to 200 amps. They are really good at communicating, explaining what’s happening (such as delays due to PGE’s schedule), and working with my schedule. They finished in one day.

My experience with Dave was excellent he was very good with working with me to bring a low-voltage-high-voltage interface up to code and seeing that it was safe. i would highly recommend Simpson Electric since they do quality work at a reasonable price and handled a tricky problem for me.

The guys were prompt and courteous installing a dedicated circuit for my new sump pump. Their wiring job was first rate.

Office staff were very friendly, technician John was very quick and efficient in installing an RV outlet. Pricing was totally reasonable for the job.

Ken arrived a few minutes before scheduled and replaced my pellet stove igniter. I’ve dealt with his family since they installed the stove 20 years ago. Five star review!!

Had a set of kitchen lights that had randomly gone out and John and Aimee showed up incredibly quickly to assess the situation. An hour later I had working lights and couldn’t be happier with the process. Both John and Aimee were awesome to deal with, professional, and friendly. I will be highly recommending this company to any friends that need electrical work done!

7/31 Update:
David and Aidan came out and swapped out the service for my house and were complete professionals the entire time. The entire process was painless and I enjoyed chatting with both of the guys throughout the day. I will continue recommending Simpson Electrical to anyone I know needing electrical work, they are a top notch company.

Simpson got put here same day to replace receptacle. Technician was very good.
