These guys did a great job cleaning up my yard! They were in and out of the yard pretty quickly. Appreciate their hard work!

We had a really good experience with Trice Underground Inc. They were super responsive when we had a serious residential plumbing leak that was difficult to detect. They called us immediately, and owner Jake Trice came out with an employee to check out the problem and get some information. Within a day, a crew of 5 came out and spent the entire day working on the problem for us. They communicated with us regularly and were friendly, hard-working, and very considerate. They "worked their butts off" for hours in the front yard and cleaned up completely before reporting results to us and finishing up the job. We recommend them very highly!!!!

These guys have the best crews I've worked with in my nearly 20 years in the fiber industry. Clean up is top rate, and they go above and beyond to make sure the customers and county engineers are happy. If I could have crews like this on every project, my job would be so much easier. Thanks Jake and crews for all the excellent, hard work you do!

**I can only assume it was Trice who came back and repaired the damage- weeks after calls, emails, and finally a bad review here. They did a good job, whoever it was. I think communication is key here, and there was none. I’m thankful for the repair, but a quick phone call from anyone in the company would’ve been something called customer service. I’ll add a star to my rating, instead of the multiple stars that might have occurred as a result of a phone call from literally ANYONE.

Trice Underground recently did a project in Timber, Oregon and completely wrecked our right of way / driveway. There are now four households who will not be able to get in and out to work once snow falls. My daughter bent a rim on her brand new vehicle on the railroad crossing they dug up. Repeated calls have gotten no response.
