I got a call from my renters of scratching in the attic of the house. I visited and inspected the attic and found a squirrel. I called EcoCare Pest Control to help me locate the squirrel entry point in the roof. Steve visited today and took a look in the attic and could not find the squirrel, so we started looking for the entry point. Steve inspected the gutters and the roof and found the squirrels have chewed down a rubber gasket on a plumbing pipe vent and were squeezing in. Since I am willing to manage the repair issue and there was no squirrel on site, Steve said this one was free. I SO APPRECIATE the inspection and will use this company for any future pest issue at my rental or house. THANK YOU!

Steve just stopped by and was so helpful. He immediately found what look like the entry point that squirrels are getting under our home and recommended a fix we can do ourselves. I chose EcoCare because they seemed like a trustworthy company and they did not disappoint! They will be the first company I call next time.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this company for any pest control work that is needed. Garrett and Mark, who I worked with over a two day period were amazing, polite, respectful, and just two really nice guys.

After months of trying to convince ourselves we could manage our ant problem on our own, we finally turned to the professionals...and wow do I wish we would have done that sooner! The whole experience from an initial phone call inquiry to our first service, the customer service has been excellent--friendly, timely, and helpful. Our technician, Austin, was very knowledgeable and walked us through what he was doing in our home and how it would work. I figured we would need to give it some time to see results, but within days the problem had improved greatly, and within a week we weren't seeing any bug activity anywhere. I'm thankful for EcoCare Pest Control and look forward to continuing to be bug free because of them!

Patrick Cochran did a thorough job of assessing our rat problem and recommending solutions. He went into the crawl space to determine rat entry points and take pictures. He did more than any other exterminator inspection.

Mark and Sabrina, our restoration team, were great, even in brutal heat, in our attic on a
90°+ day! Definitely above and beyond.
Fantastic service and our dog will finally be able to get some sleep.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Our technician Austen was absolutely fantastic - he took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the treatment process and helped me understand the reasoning behind their methods. He pointed out key things to watch for going forward and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. What I appreciated most was his professionalism and knowledge, it made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend this company - they clearly train their team well. Will definitely be using them again!

Oh Ricky you're so fine! Ricky became an instant hero to me. I lost my wallet on the roof of the home where he was treating for pests about 6 months ago. He found it and called to tell me the great news. All of the money (several hundred), my Costco credit certificate ($110) and credit cards were still in tact. Moldy and stuck together but in tact! THANK YOU for being a good, honest human being Ricky!
All that said, he and EcoCare did a great and thorough job addressing my rodent and wasp pest needs. Highly recommend!!

I’m very impressed with the technicians and customer service at EcoCare. They took care of everything we needed and were friendly and professional. I have used other companies for many years in the past but Jeffrey and Steve at EcoCare exceeded all expectations. Their demeanor put me at ease right away making the experience so much better! Kristen is great and makes scheduling so easy and convenient. They are reliable, easy to reach and come out quickly. Our experience with them has been very positive. Highly recommend!!!

Thank you Paul! You are so good at texting to let me know when you'll arrive so I can put the dogs in. You also always keep the gates closed, which is fantastic. We recently had a FedEx driver leave a gate part way open & let the dogs out.

I really appreciate the home inspection done by Paul Merchant from Eco Care. He is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We feel grateful that our pest issue is being taken care of and would recommend this company to others!

Patrick was extremely professional as he assessed how we got rats in the attic. He pointed out the entryway (on the roof) as well as how to mitigate. He offered to have the repairs done if we didn't want to address it on our own. He did not charge us for this help. When we have future pest issues ill call these folks 100%.

Steve came to our house today and was on time and incredibly friendly. What a good listener and went above and beyond to addresses our concerns and troubleshoot our squirrel entry points. This guy is incredible at his job, explaining the situation, taking pictures, and offering options. Got up on the roof and did a thorough job. This is one if the best vendor experiences we have ever had in 15 years in our home and they have earned our business. Steve is exceptional and i hope he feels valued and appreciated.

EcoCare is outstanding! I asked for help with a mouse in the crawl space and they kept to that request without any mention of signing me up for anything else, which was very appreciated. Phone conversations with the office happened easily and were managed beautifully. Both the assessment of the situation at my home, and then the actual work, were done by professional and capable persons. Their software program runs smoothly too. Terrific company!
