Q & R built me a patio pad. A car pad and re did my driveway. They were also on time- usually they were early. They finished on time and kept me informed. Would I recommend Q & R. Quaid and his team are delightful to work with. Everyone who worked on my two projects were friendly, talented and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, and tried to do whatever was needed to meet my needs. They were very conscientious about cleaning up any messes at the end of each day. Quaid's ideas and suggestions led to a finished project that I am very happy with.

They added an extension to the front of my home, to increase the size of the kitchen. This meant extending the roof line, putting in a foundation, creating a new front porch and creating a bigger kitchen. Quaid's kitchen design was amazing and I love the finished product. I love my new kitchen! The cabinets and countertops are beautiful, the lighting is amazing and the new floors are terrific.

The biggest issue we had was getting approval of the building permits through the city because city employees were so busy.

My deck and boat dock were old and rotting out. They tore out all the old lumber, hauled it away, and built a whole new deck and dock. The materials they used are beautiful, and I get compliments from everyone who comes to hang out there.

This is a great company to work with. They do exceptional work and they guarantee it. Quaid is awesome to work with. I highly recommend him and his company. You won't regret it!
Just wanted to give an update. Had some work done on my place and got a new roof. Very pleased with everything.

Q&R Construction Services completed a 390 sq foot addition to our home, adding new office space and a kitchen. The planning process was great. Quaid has a lot of broad experience and was so helpful with suggestions and offering creative solutions to issues and/or problems. The subcontractors Q&R works with did amazing work and worked within our schedule. We are looking at completing other home improvement projects and will always use Q&R Construction.

We’ve worked with Quaid on several jobs now both his knowledge and expectations are very high when it comes to delivering quality, picture perfect results.

We just finished a deck and pool project in Cannon Beach with Quaid as general contractor. What matters most to us is quality work and straight-up dealings. Quaid was a great partner both ways. Our job came in under budget even with the scope slightly expanded. Quaid did what he said he would do on time and with integrity. He was helpful working through the few problems and on-the-spot decisions we needed to make. Everybody is a "friend" at the start of a project but Quaid is a friend after the project is completed.

Quaid has done an amazing job when it came to rebuilding/remodeling our kitchen. After extensive water damage left a hole in out floor, Quaid came in and built a beautiful, usable kitchen with the island of my dreams! He was always upfront about cost, time, and made sure we were on board with every decision. If we were ever unsure or debating a choice/upgrade Quaid always gave honest input based on his experiences that were incredibly helpful and insightful. I never had to worry about the little things because Quaid was already on top of all the details, even the ones I missed. We have known Quaid for MANY years, back when he was a horse shoer. So when we wanted to level off a piece of our property we knew who to call.
