Zeke and his team did an amazing job falling a big dead hemlock near my cabin and trimming up Doug firs around my house. I appreciated their skill and the costs were reasonable. Happy to recommend them.

I contacted NW Premier to remove a flowering cherry tree that was pretty close to my sunroom windows. The roots had begun to creep towards the foundation to my house and were disrupting my patio pavers. Zeke arrived within 5 minutes to inspect the tree and root issues and I had a comprehensive bid the following morning. They arrived within a couple of days to take down the tree, never coming near my sunroom windows. They had the tree down and hauled away and chipped up within 30 minutes. They cleaned up the area, too! About a week later, Christian arrived to grind the stump and remove the problematic roots under my pavers. He removed the big ones in the main pathway and removed the pavers to search for the roots that were disrupting the pavers, but they were deep underground. He was able to tamp down the dirt and sand under the pavers and level out the patio. Because he was unable to get to those roots, they discounted the original estimate considerably. The stump grinder did have a little mishap with my buried drip lines, but Christian left and purchased the supplies and fixed what was cut. Overall, I would recommend NW Premier for your next tree removal and stump grinding job!

I was impressed first with the customer service. Zeke is genuine and did everything he said he'd do in the quote and his team was awesome. They worked hard and we're so methodical in their work, it was often hard not to stand and watch.

Great company and well trained and equipped crews. Completed the project ahead of time even though under stormy conditions windy and rainy. They all worked safely and owner set the tone running heavy equipment and leading the effort. The project was cleaned up and they made extra effort to make sure I was satisfied with a final walk thru. Since this is a multifaceted company I saved their info on my phone for the future need. This was a great group to work with and they did a fantastic job at removing and trimming trees. I may need to enter the newly pruned maple into a maple tree beauty contest. They accommodated my request to leave tall stumps for habitat. Would recommend to friends and family (including that one cousin )
