Excellent experience. We had a very large, dying gree that needed to go. Service was excellent, fast, and reasonably priced!

Had grandsons with. Jason or server went above and beyond.
The do need a hoppier IPA out of the taps.
Food was very good.

Papendiek was my very first full time climbing job...1993 I think. I now have my own tree service in Roseburg. I still call Steve P. for advice to this day. You couldn't ask for a better man or a better service in Salem to do your tree work. Honesty, integrity, a Christian man who has your best interest.

Steve and his team have come back for us over and over. His price is the best fair price, his work is clean and thorough, they arrive on time and get the work done fast. Will hire him the next time we need work!

We had an old silver maple drop a tree trunk sized limb on our house on a Sunday we called over a dozen arborist numbers trying to get help, because it fell on the roof near where my mum sleeps, and was keeping our neighbors from being able to use their side door or gate. We were especially concerned because it was still hung up and there are families with small children on both sides. It was great to have someone actually call us back, and work with us on getting the emergency taken care of, and recommend companies with a crane for the additional work we had to have done. Very kind and professional.

Excellent response time and fast, quick service. I needed a silver maple trimmed (was growing over the neighbor's house) and a small pine tree (diseased) removed. I called Tuesday morning, got a call back Tuesday night, and on Wednesday, Steve and his crew showed up as they got done with another job early. Prompt, quick, professional, and they cleaned up after themselves meticulously. I can't recommend Papendeick's enough and will absolutely call them first whenever I need an arborist!

Excellent communication and customer service. Steve and his crew were able to safely remove a very tall sweet gum tree from my back yard. No access for trucks so he got an amazing climber over to get the job done. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his team. I had three different quotes and could tell Steve was the right man for the job from the start. We had a 100’ + oak tree very close to our home and a large number of branches removed from our house Steve was timely and did an excellent job. Great communication and pricing as well. Steve and his crew did a wonderful job on my elderly father’s property. Not only did their work look terrific, they were extraordinarily patient and kind to my dad as he walked around and (I’m pretty sure) tried to tell them which branches to cut, etc. I felt like the project was in good hands, and my dad was as well. Highly recommend.

If you are going to cut a vehicle off, while you are driving a truck hauling a chipper, then proceed to cut across two lanes of traffic on the salem bridge during rush hour traffic, maybe you try driving like that WITHOUT your business name on the side of the truck?
