Was gladly surprised to see the crew taking limbs down next to power pole. We live on NE Jorgen in Winston. Maybe the power company contracts Wright Tree Service. I thanked the crew they were real friendly. Thank you so much. I’ll keep you in mind for possible private business on the property.

Huge shout out to the team that just left my neighbors house!!! We share a driveway going on to a very busy highway. I let my 4 dogs out not knowing your crew was around and headed out. They stopped and waited while I got 3 in and came back out for the 4th who had decided to hang back until he knew that I knew your crew was there lmao!! 😂

This company and the crews we have done business with are absolutely fantastic. We purchased our home 2 years ago, had to remove 5 trees at the street due to them not being healthy and seriously, encroaching into the high voltage powerlines. The crew that showed up for that was professional, polite and did a beautiful job.

The fleet trucks park across the street from our house so we see them daily, but never really spoke to them since they are always so busy. My husband received some not so great news from his work yesterday so we were upset and stressed. We chatted with Cole (I think that was his name) and his crew for a bit, they are some great kids, kind and funny as hell. Thank you for your kindness and helping us forget our problems even for just a few minutes.

    Updated:

Weight reached out immediately after my review was made and delivered on their previous promises. Updated review to reflect that mistakes in business can happen, but it’s about how a business responds is what matters.

Let me start by saying I am not/ was not a paid customer of Wrights Tree Service, but they still did work on trees located on my property, due to a contract with Pacific Power to trim trees around power lines. This work was conducted approx a month ago.

    1. Received a notice they would be in my area within a few weeks to trim. Weeks and weeks go by, I figured they weren’t coming anymore, then they arrived months later unannounced, way over when they said they would be here. Not a huge deal, but no one told me what of my trees would be cut.

    2. I own livestock so I of course asked for the wood chips when they were done if it wasn’t a problem, and even asked to pay for them. Was told no need to pay, and that they would be back within 1-2 days to drop chips once the trucks were full. They never came back.

    3. Do to the gentleman telling me I would get chips, I didn’t make a huge deal about the total mess that was left in mine and my neighbors property line, this is where the trees were trimmed due to the power line placement.

    4. Dropping limbs resulted in fencing getting bent over that I was never notified of, easy but annoying fix.

    5. Multiple Dropped limbs were left on my property.

    6. A couple limbs were half cut up in my tall trees, since work was done a month ago, they have since fallen near my cars unexpectedly and have 1/2 - 3/4 of the limbs cut by a saw, leading me to believe they were cut/bent/ and left to hang. Very dangerous.

    7. Also an employee was shocked while up in the tree by a power line. I understand accidents happen but it seems like
Lots of little accidents happen with this crew.

Conclusion, Pacific Power, and other paid customers should do extra due diligence when working with Wright to ensure all work agreed is done appropriately, and no damage to property is left unreported. Cross reported to Pacific Power as well.

I have to give this company kudos. For the last few years they have been clearing trees from utility lines, and making roads safer around Del Norte County. They always have clear visibility no matter what direction you come from, they give you plenty of warning to stop or slow down. They always clean up after themselves when on my street. Lately, I've especially noticed the care and ease when commuting through our school zones during school hours. Every single time I have encountered a driver in school zones, they slow down, use signals if necessary, and take caution. THANK YOU!! As a mama bear this isnt always the case with companies and this one definitely cares and it shows! They care about safety in every aspect. These are the guys I'm calling for tree service. As a local Realtor and I am highly recommending them!!!! They earned my business and referrals for leading by example!

Crew was clearing trees for power lines on my street. Very polite employees contacted me to let me know what they had to cut. They were compassionate with my concerns and did excellent work.

Second day in a row been on our road motors running since very early in the morning walk out there after 3 feet up in windows of their truck just sitting, spent most of yesterday motors running doing the sit thing, I know the trees need trimmed but 15 to 20 minutes of work then hours sitting in truck one might be witnessing clock milking. Not to mention we live out in country normally quiet to wake grandkids up to sit in running truck most of the day should be researched by owner

    THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
tried to book a service and they never showed up!

There was a woman employee I spoke on the phone with…pretty sure her name was Shannon Gatz…she was extremely rude and dismissive.

Do not work with this company!!
    Highly do not recommend!!

Two months late. Zero accountability. I had to redo the entire project because they didn’t disclose the real timeline up front. Shannon was eager and responsive until payment—after that, no responses to repeated follow-ups. If you value deadlines or communication, look elsewhere.
