Brian was very professional and friendly. He even helped get the time on my thermostat set correctly.

Robin, the technician who visited my house and performed my tune-up, was awesome!! She was great at slowing down to explain the function of each piece of equipment she was replacing to make sure I understood its purpose and what I was agreeing to. She also replaced the air filter for me, saving me time and effort to do it myself! And she dealt with the inconvenient location of my furnace tucked away in the attic.

It's also really refreshing to see a woman technician in a field dominated by men, since I rarely get to interact with women when I hire contractors and maintenance professionals to service my house. As a woman homeowner it makes a huge difference to be able to speak with another woman every once in a while!

Jake installed a new heat pump and Air Handler at my residence. He not only demonstrated superb knowledge and skill on the equipment, but his work in installing and configuring the new system was ‘top-tier’! He was meticulous in all aspects of the work to get the system perfectly installed and running. He gets my highest praise as a true professional that pays close attention to detail, explains to the customer all the operational details, and goes the extra mile to assure the job is done right and the customer is completely satisfied.

Columbia NW installed our heat pump and has performed maintenance periodically. They have always been knowledgeable and taken the time to make sure we are making informed decisions. Jairus installed our heat pump a few years ago and recently came back to do a duct cleaning. He was very thorough and courteous, and our ducts look great now.

As a retired contractor specializing in high tech and clean rooms (where some of the finest craftsmen I've ever known do some amazing work), I have to say that KC and Chris did an incredible job converting our house from an electric furnace to gas. I am very picky and these two guys not only met my expectations but went above and beyond them. We have an old house and there were obviously going to be problems along the way...and there certainly were. Every detail was scrutinized and a clever solution to all the issues that came up was employed. The genuine concern for the satisfaction of the customer was evident, and was a welcome divergence from the current business philosophy of no, the customer is not always right. I'd like to thank KC and Chris for a job well done, a layman's education on how the system works and how to use it, the extra work they did to keep the house clean during installation, and the level of clean up they left me with. Columbia NW is lucky to have these gentlemen on board. Kudos to both of them...they deserve a raise. Also, kudos to CNW for directing their crews to go the extra mile, do it right the first time, and ensure customer satisfaction. Good job! Thank you. I will refer all my associates to you.

Charles and his crew worked diligently, meticulously and focused. At the same time they were considerate and quiet. Workmanship looked solid and everything is working smoothly.

Columbia NW Heating & AC just installed an earthquake shutoff valve for my gas line. The work was scheduled very quickly (the next day!), Josh was on time, did a great job, and the work looked really great afterwards. The price was also very reasonable for the peace of mind this will bring. Highly recommended!

Brian did HVAC system check and tune at my home. He is knowledgeable and know his job perfectly.

Brian was considerate and efficient. He removed his shoes at the door and spread a blanket out in front of the unit before he started work. He even noticed that some pieces of insulation had fallen and reattached them to their appropriate place.

Jennifer was awesome, identifying the issue within 2 minutes. Nice to get a text message with an employee picture before arrival, so you know they are from the company.

The team at Columbia Northwest has done a fantastic job at our home every time! We had them out to replace our water heater and furnace, and also for a whole home duct cleaning. KC, Mason, Josh and Brian are all very professional and answered any questions I could think of. KC did an awesome job on the installation of the furnace - the insulation and ductwork is buttoned up so cleanly! Should we need any of these types of services in the future I'll call them first.

Update 5/31 we had a water leak from somewhere in our HVAC system and Josh M came out to take a look. He fixed the leak and made sure everything was working properly within 45 minutes! Fantastic service as usual

Brian was very professional and explained everything he did. He was very courteous as he took of his shoes every time he walked into my house and cleaned up after himself. 10/10 would recommend.

Brian installed the ac unit and did a thorough walk thru after the job is complete. Happy with the service Brian performed.

Nick came out to install a replacement part on my Carrier furnace, he did a stellar job, went above and beyond, I'll ask for him specifically if I need any future work done!

The company has an excellent history at the level of services, as it has a team of professional technicians who work sincerely. They changed the water heater despite its presence on the roof of the house and the narrow space, but they dealt with high professionalism while maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the property.

Robin went over and beyond in repairing my fireplace. She was extremely knowledgeable about her craft. I'm very satisfied.

Robin was really great at figuring out what was going on with my whole A/C and furnace system. She fixed it quickly and gave me some great advice. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

Tech Brian did a thorough inspection and found out some issues that was missed on previous inspections. Only negative is that the quote from the company for replacement was higher that my expectation.

Replaced my AC and furnace and also got all our ducts cleaned. Getting a quote was quick and service was quick and seamless. Got everything installed, working and cleaned within a few days time! Everyone was very professional! Great work and very happy with the results!
