Evergreen is a great company with employees that seem to enjoy what they do. Parker was friendly and efficient. He explained everything well for the service call he came out to complete. Thank you Parker, thank you Evergreen.

I just want to say, THANK YOU! THANK YOU! We have been without our A/C for 2 weeks with many people called and no shows. We called Michael and he was able to help us and get a couple guys out in a day. I'm so glad my house didn't burn down. Major thanks to Cody, and Scott for replacing our relay that had fried, along with some other parts. Happy house now. Definitely will be referring you guys to other's that are in need.

Connor was very courteous when he arrived and remained that way through out the entire service. He took his time and showed confidence in the work he was doing. Nice job.

We had a minor gas leak that lead tonight BBQ grill. Shaun fixed it with no problems. He was very quick, professional and kind.

I've been a satisfied customer of Evergreen Gas for at least 10 years. They have taken great care of my equipment as well as taken good care of me. I recently had to replace an elderly air conditioner unit, and since all of my appliances are the same age and they were all getting tired, I upgraded to a heat pump, new furnace, new water heater and new air purifier. The two technicians who came out and installed my new equipment were awesome. Very professional and efficient, as were the staff electrician and plumber. They did a beautiful job on the install and my home is now all set for several years! My new appliances are much more energy efficient and should help with my gas and electric bills. Evergreen has been great for me and I highly recommend them to you if you are looking at new equipment or servicing what you have. Thank you EVERGREEN!

Gas fireplace service

Parker was very professional, polite, efficient and mindful of keeping the workspace clean.
I have used Evergreen before and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them.

Connor was great and thankfully able to do a more affordable repair to my old AC unit that I was expecting. He explained and showed me photos of what he was needing to repair and took the time to answer my questions about my old AC unit and furnace. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient and I would highly recommend him.

Todd was great - he advocated for me with their pricing team and made sure I understood everything before starting work. He did a great job cleaning and maintaining all our equipment and was neat and tidy and made sure everything was put back before leaving.
The annual maintenance agreement gives me so much peace of mind, too.

Josh was very thorough. He was able to explain everything in a way that we understood. Very nice person.

We had a wood burning fireplace that we wanted to convert to gas. NW Natural referred me to Evergreen Gas. The owner, Bill, came out to the house, walked us through the process and got the ball rolling. Wow! Great service and great product. Definitely made the house very cozy. I prefer fireplace heat compared to forced air. LOVE IT!!

Connor was great! He arrived, cheerful, friendly and very competent. I trust his work and his word.

Technician CJ F was professional and polite. He repaired whatever the problem was without trying to "upsell" us. I would recommend Evergreen.

We've had Evergreen out to the house a few times. Once to repair a non-working gas fireplace that had never been service (~18 years old) and again for routine maintenance a year later. Then that old fireplace stopped working again. Each time Evergreen came we've been 100% pleased with the service and professionalism of their staff. Lucas was the tech who came out the last 2 times and he's great.

We are sticking with Evergreen. BTW their maintenance plan is worth checking out as well!

(Steve's wife) Outstanding service from everyone including the office staff and our service tech, Noah. I got in contact with Evergreen because a service vehicle was at my neighbor's house. I called the number listed and made the appointment to service our gas panel fireplaces. We were sent a text with Noah's picture before his arrival. He arrived on time and did an amazing job. We were having trouble with the ignition switch and for Noah, it was an easy fix. What was mind blowing is that he took out every little stone and "wood" piece and cleaned them individually. He re-assembled everything and it is beautiful. Thank you for the great service. A well-deserved 5 star review.

Great service and CJ was knowledgeable and very helpful! Overall a consistently stellar experience with Evergreen, which is why we only use them!

From bids to installation, Evergreen was professional, patient and responsive. After a long day of fireplace insert, water heater, and PTAC installation, my house was cleaner than when they started. Even my dog liked them!

Here is our almost new and bright and now shiny fireplace. It was so dirty because the previous owners never had a professional company that is five star service it. Now we can enjoy the fireplace and have peace of mind it is safe. We don’t need to worry about replacing it either as it is now beautifully restored! Thank you so much for a job well done!

I am editing this to add that since initially hiring Evergreen in 2021, we've had them install central a/c and a new furnace. Their service and communication is still great :)

We hired Evergreen to install our range hood and a gas line for our new range. They were responsive, professional, and very efficient. We also had them do a complete update of our gas fireplace and it looks so good. They were recommended by NW Natural, among a few other places in town, and they were the easiest to schedule walk-throughs with. They sent quotes in advance, and just did everything professionally throughout the whole process. The installation folks were really nice and did great work. If/when we ever need anything else done, we’ll definitely go with them!

Evergreen Gas has serviced our older heat pump for the past 4 years. They do an excellent job of keeping it going with great service and helpful information. When we replace our old system, we will use them to do the work.
