Needed a new slide in gas range installed and was having a hard time finding someone who would do it. Found Portland Installation who were able to come out the same day. Install was perfect. They took the time to level it so it looks great next to the countertop. Price for the install was very reasonable too. Would definitely call on them again for any future work.

All around fantastic service - Jim was prompt in returning my voicemail about installing an OTR Microwave that I slightly miscalculated on size of the unit vs. space above the range. He was able to arrange an install within 48 hours of my call, and the technician Chris who got sent out was professional and very friendly. He came in, confidently summarized what he was going to do, did it, and install is perfect (and also, methodically clean, no dust left behind). He then gave me some pointers on other appliances and what to expect if they need replacing. Will definitely use Portland Installation for anything I can in my home in the future. You can stop looking for options, these guys are it, just call their #.

Jared & Michael delivered & installed my new dishwasher. They were right on time, friendly, professional and knowledgable. The install was difficult do to because of the placement of my dishwasher in my kitchen (a couple of cupboards away from my sink). Jared figured it out and the installation went smoothly. We purchased new kitchen appliances recently and contacted Portland Installation to install them. Justin and James came out to install a wall oven and dishwasher. They called and let me know that they could come earlier than the schedule time. Both Justin and James were professional and did a great job installing the appliances. Portland Installation saved the day after we had a terrible experience with JBC and Home Depot Installation. We called Portland Installation after JBC said they couldn’t install a dishwasher because there was a piece of flooring in the way. We had to have them reschedule for another 10 days out and we just couldn’t wait that long. Portland Installation scheduled for the day after our phone call! Chris from Portland Installation came, installed the dishwasher that we bought from Home Depot and took the old dishwasher away. He was quick and precise. He marked for me on the electric panel which circuit breaker the dishwasher was on. He showed me what my dishwasher could do, was knowledgeable about the brand I bought and I will go to Portland Installation again because of him. DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT INSTALLATION. Just go to Portland Installation.

It was difficult to find someone that would come out and install my new gas range that didn't charge an arm and a leg. We had been without a stove for two weeks so when the stove arrived I didn't want to wait another week to get it installed.
Called Portland Installation and they were able to come out the next morning. Charged a very reasonable flat rate and did an excellent job hooking up the gas line. Checked and tested that everything was working as it should and made sure the stove was level.
Jeff was very quick and efficient and knowledgeable

THIS is the REAL DEAL company. Needed a new microwave installed & ducted to outside vent. Showed up on time, clean neat, fairly priced and CLEANED UP when they finished! Fits perfect! Highly recommend

We bought a brand new dishwasher from Hutchins TV & Appliance, Inc. Portland Installation was at the store the next morning picking up the washer and at our house mere hours later to install it.

The gents were friendly, professional, and did a quick and clean install and removal. Would definitely use their service again.

I had Portland Installation Inc install our gas dryer. They did an excellent job. There were two people in the crew which enabled them to use straps to remove our old dryer and move the new dryer into position. Their price was very reasonable considering not all installers can hook up gas lines. I will definitely hire them for future appliance installs. They wore booties when they came in the house and even vacuumed up all the dust under our old dryer without me even asking.

The whole experience was top notch. When I spoke to Jim over the phone, he made it easy to schedule an installation appointment, all while being kind and courteous. On the installation day, Jeff and Tom were professional and personable from start to end. They are a dynamic duo! Thank you to the Portland Installation team (family)!

I literally NEVER give 5 star reviews, but this company earned one. I called them to install a new gas dryer this morning before 9am. They arrived at 2pm, inside of the window they gave me. Their installation team were clean, friendly, and efficient. The customer service person was friendly and knowledgeable.
I haven't said this in years, but Portland Installation was a pleasure to do business with!

Chris and his partner showed up to install a new dishwasher for me. They were prompt with a text that they were 20 minutes out. The installation was very professional and they took there time. Chris even answered questions I had about the dishwasher and took time to show me some features about it. Would highly recommend there installation services for your new appliances.

This company is tops. Jim, the owner, answers the phone himself and you'll never speak to a more pleasant and responsive person. Jeff who came to give us the estimate for a downdraft gas cooktop assured us that the installation could be done with the existing kitchen island without significant re-working of the countertop or cabinetry. He was right! With a lot of thought and perseverance, the installer Jeff fitted the new ducts in such a way that we actually ended up with more shelf space than we had before! May thanks to all of you at Portland Installation.

We had a complicated hood installation. Portland Installation did a fantastic job! They were on time and cleaned up afterwards and took our old hood away too. We are very pleased and would absolutely recommend them.

When we got a new kitchen counter installed, the plumber who came after didn’t reinstall the dishwasher correctly. I emailed Portland Installation, and they scheduled us quickly. Their technicians were on time and did an excellent job. We’ll definitely be contacting them again for any future installations.

Working with Portland Installation was a very pleasant experience.
We had a gas range top that was installed by another contractor. We discovered that the gas connection was not done appropriately and it leaks. We panicked and immediately called Portland Installation. They were able to come the next day. The team came on time. They were professional and understood our problem. They took the rangetop down and re-installed it. Then we discovered that the prior contractor was just putting the unit on a wood plank that was not secured in place. Luckily Portland Installation was able to help put a bracket around and secure the position. While they were here, the team even helped check the dishwasher job the prior guy installed and also helped out with a small cosmetic issue with the dishwasher.

Very easy and pleasant experience working with Portland Installation, who installed a new microwave/wall oven combo for us recently. The service was on-time and efficient, and they did not charge us extra for a little extra work needed to prepare the space for the new appliance. They will also uninstall and haul away the old appliance, which was much appreciated. I will use their service again in the future.
