Their scheduling (called on phone) was easy to use and I appreciated the email/text communication regarding my appointment. The technician arrived on time and was courteous and professional throughout the service call. He correctly diagnosed the issue and the required part was ordered and installed efficiently. Appliance Pal actually called us back after I called 5 repair companies for our washer. They were able to diagnose the issue same day.

Deepak was great to work with, he arrived on time, the parts he ordered arrived exactly when he said they would, and our issue was fixed before other companies would have even been able to send someone out for an initial diagnostic.

Deepak was truly amazing! After experiencing horrible customer service with another company, he came out the same day, and diagnosed the problem with our oven that didn’t even require a part (unlike the other servicer who was trying to get us to pay for a replacement monitor). Deepak was personable, honest, and provided excellent service to us! We will be using Appliance Pal in the future and referring family and friends to him.

We received fantastic top-notch customer service from Deepak Pal the other day at our office. Deepak was great to work with!! Our refrigerator stopped working and he was able to come diagnose it same day. He also took his time to make sure that our refrigerator was fixed correctly the first time, and even followed up the following day to make sure everything was running smoothly. Wow, called Deepak at Appliance Pal. Here within 2 days for fridge freezing everything in crisper drawers on a 4yo Bosch and ordered parts. Texted updates and arrival times. Returned within the week on a Sunday (12/15) to complete the repair. Great job! Reliable, pleasant and thorough.
