I use Controlled Climate in my industrial facility. We have 4 HVAC units, 3 machine chillers, and 11 million BTUs of oven. Their quotes have always been better, and they have people who know how to work on my systems.

The entire experience was amazing, from my initial call, which was handled by a very professional and welcoming gentleman to the response time for the service call was phenomenal. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and very kind as is everyone in their office. I would recommend Controlled Climate Systems to anyone who is in need of their services. I work at a glass manufacturing facility near Pittsburgh. We could not reach a competitor for a repair. I was familiar with CCS but not sure if they would service our area. Boy- have they ever! Been using them for more than 5 years now. They are quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Their technicians are friendly and informative. And they are not as expensive as some of the others in the area. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any type of HVAC service.

I witnessed one of their drivers drive on the wrong direction of traffic on pioneer Ave at 345 pm on Saturday October 21. He nearly hit a person walking through a gas station parking lot and then used the parking lot to avoid a red light and was driving wrecklessly. If this is the people they hire I wouldn't do business with them
