I had a wonderful experience with this company. They showed up on Thursday (to detect the problem) and on Friday, I had a brand new heater installed. All of the guys were so nice. I will recommend them to everyone.

ECI installed a new heat pump and separate split unit for our in law suite. They were very professional and courteous. Jeremy was our sales rep and was super knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. Our install team Dan, Al and Mike were great as well. They went above and beyond. I'll definitely be recommending ECI to my friends and family.

ECI Comfort recently installed a replacement A/C condenser and upgraded air handler for our aging high-velocity cooling system. The new system includes an air-source heat pump which is already providing dramatic savings on our heating bill by reducing significantly our demand for home heating oil. ECI helped us plan and implement going from one cooling zone to three, and added an air scrubber to improve indoor air quality. They fully transitioned our home to smart thermostats which we can now also control easily from an app.

After the installation, we discussed extending and rerouting some of the ductwork to further reduce noise (even though it's so much quieter than the system it replaced). ECI responded promptly and effectively, and they also spent extra time rerouting the piping and control lines from the air handler in the attic to the outdoor condenser, and neatly concealing all of it within a copper downspout. What incredible attention to detail!

From the first quote to the final adjustments, the team at ECI Comfort has been professional, responsive, and prompt. They show up when they say they will, they are supremely clean and detail-oriented, they are friendly, and always explain what they're doing. We love our new year-round heat pump and A/C system! Special kudos to field installers Mike, Stephan, Jeremy and Dan. You guys rock!

I would definitely recommend the heater tune up service from ECI and glad I had it done. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived as scheduled and was very respectful throughout the process. He was meticulous and explained everything as he went through cleaning and checking our heater/furnace. I didn’t know how dirty the system was and therefore was very inefficient. I will definitely have this service done yearly.

Mike and Majesty did an outstanding job installing my new boiler. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the system was running perfectly before they left. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took in cleaning up afterward.

Great experience with ECI installing four mini-splits (two replacement heads and two new heads) along with a new outdoor compressor. After getting six quotes from various companies, ECI (Evan) really worked with me to find a solution that worked and was within my budget. The install team was also fantastic, with special thanks to Alex and Jeremy who were professional and respectful throughout - giving me daily updates of progress and doing a great job with clean up. I haven't yet had a hot day to fully test the system, but as far as the initial contracting and install went, everything was great!

ECI is a great company! Jason has serviced my tankless water heater and furnace. He explains everything in great detail, shares any recommendations, concerns, and answers any questions I have throughout the entire visit. He represents ECI in a very professional and positive way. James and Nick were amazing. My daughters bus never came so I was running late back to the house texted them within a minute they said thank you for letting us know.They took their time didn’t rush wanted through it. Any question I had James had the answer.James went over the thermostat with us.I would recommend Eci to anyone. Never replaced my ac or heater but I made the right choice.

I had a good experience with ECI. We got a good deal on a new heat pump system. Matt did a good job in regards to what kind of system we needed. Jeremy, Dan and Alex were very professional when they installed the new system and had the job done a couple of hours earlier than what was expected.

ECI completed a central air project in my home and I couldn’t be more happier with the results. The entire process from assessment, quote, scheduling, and install was professional, transparent, and pleasant. Working with ECI and their instillation crew was smooth and professional. They provided us timely updates when we had to push back the first day, and arrived promptly and worked through the whole work day to get the project done.

Thank you ECI Comfort for the best service ever! Jason and Niko spent an entire day at our house installing our new heater. Our heater broke during the cold snap right around Christmas. ECI was right on the problem, even with the holidays and insurance claim issues. Thanks to them we are enjoying a warm house! Best service ever.

I recently had a great experience with ECI, they installed a new Trane heat pump system at my home. Evan has been great to work with throughout the purchasing process and has answered all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. Matt, Jeremy, and Alex did a great job with the installation. As they installed the new system, they addressed all my questions and concerns in a very respectful manner. They also took extra care to protect the floors and all other property during the installation. I would highly recommend this company for this type of work.

Today we had ECI come out and service our heater. Hugh our technician Was very friendly, very knowledgeable took his time checked for any problems and did a wonderful job tuning up and cleaning our heater. I would recommend this company to anyone.

AMAZING service! Such a quick process from the very first phone call thru the final moment of installation! Jeremy, Dan & Alex were so helpful and professional and efficient! We are thrilled with the huge upgrade on our 30+ year old system. We knew we wanted a slimmer and quieter system but wasn’t exactly sure of the best option for our home.
