I highly recommend GI Plumbing. Jacob was great helping me schedule the appointment. He was very polite and friendly. Dave was the plumber who came to the house. He was very courteous and friendly. He arrived on time, answered my questions and did an excellent job.

Was very pleased that after trying 5 other companies this one actually answered their phone. Jacob set a date and gave me a 2 hr window (most others are 4 hrs). Dave gave me an estimate with several alternatives depending on how much I was willing to spend. Jacob followed up to be sure I was satisfied and set up the day to do the job. Dave came on time and did the job completely and thoroughly. I am extremely pleased with this company and would definitely recommend them and use them again if I have any more plumbing issues.

TJ and Mike were incredible real life savers. Went above and beyond to fix my water issue. 10/10 would recommend

Joe and Jase did a great job! They evaluated everything that needed to be evaluated, gave me the quotes I needed, and delivered an excellent customer experience. Jacob did a great job at scheduling me and he somehow knew I needed my appointment moved from Friday to today without even calling me! Talk about customer experience!

Annual visit from G.I. Plumbing unearthed two serious yet unknown (to us) issues. Dave (a true gentleman) found a leaking pressure regulator and an expansion tank on water heater ready to blow. He fixed both problems on the spot and also snaked a camera down our drains to assure no clogs. Amazing, totally amazing to see a gentleman like Dave in these “questionable times” when service is becoming so hard to get

GIPlumbers are excellent. I had a complicated job from which 2 people had backed away. Dave immediately understood what it would take, explained the steps and gave a reasonable estimate. Jacob helped coordinate with the flooring company so the whole job was completed seamlessly. The end result wasexcellent. I will be calling them for any future plumbing issues and would recommend them without any hesitation.

I had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe and reached out to G.I. Plumbing for help. The team handling appointments was incredibly responsive, giving me peace of mind by scheduling me for the first available slot early in the week. Dave, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He completed the repair so quickly! Jacob went above and beyond by following up afterward to ensure everything was running smoothly. I was impressed, and will definitely rely on their services again in the future.

Dave came to my house to replace a trap under my bathtub. He was kind, knowledgable, and answered all my questions. He was able to do it quicker than estimated, and adjusted the price. Before he came out, I called and requested camera work to be done, and Victoria was able to schedule it on that same day. They both showed concern, and I would highly recommend them.

Dave the tech was very professional and helpful in answering all of my questions.
I had to postpone some additional work over the phone with Matt. I expected some amount of resistance in the form of pressure to give a date to reschedule. But instead Matt was very obliging and a new contract was written up. I would suggest that the customer purchase the necessary hardware on your own.We got what we needed cheaper at Lowes. That said.

I can't speak highly enough about GI Plumbing! From my initial conversation with Jacob on the phone, to my consultation and booking the job with Joe, the entire experience was phenomenal! They were professional, communicative, efficient, thorough... I've never felt so comfortable with a plumber! Joe was absolutely fantastic. In fact, that's an understatement. He went above and beyond from start to finish every step of the way. He laid out and took time to clearly and honestly explain the various options that were available to fix my issue(s) and the cost of each one. He was able to complete the entire (major) plumbing job the next day in less than a day. He offered and assisted me with whatever I was unable to move or take care of on my own because my foot was in a boot, and he answered any plumbing questions I had (related to the current job or not). I'd recommend GI Plumbing to any and everyone in the area! (And ask for Joe!) :D

I had called for some plumbing work and Jacob was very timely in getting back with me and setting an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Jacob kept me informed on when the driver was on the way and scheduled to arrive. Upon arrival, Tim was courteous and knowledgeable of the work that needed completed. He was informative in what would be done and the cost of the repair. Tim also answered some other questions regarding other plumbing projects that I will be needing. He was very polite and did not rush me do to his next appointment. When the work was completed, the area was cleaned and Jacob called back to ensure I was pleased .just a really good customer experience and I will be coming back for future plumbing projects. Efficient scheduling. Addressed issues on three tiolets, serviced a shower head & evaluated a sewage issue. Dave was pleasant, professional, resolved all service issues, & left all bathrooms in good order.

10/10 recommend GI Plumbing! Not only did they get us on the schedule (and work completed) within 3 days of me calling, they also arrived in a timely manner within the window appt time. They provided text message with technician information and photo (which I appreciated as a female) and updated location of technician so I knew exactly when they would arrive. Joe F was professional and courteous for the whole duration of the job. Can’t say enough good things about our experience!

GI Plumbing is the best! We had a leaky hose bib and Jacob was able to get someone out to our house immediately after I called (they arrived within 30 mins of me placing the call). Dave came out to do the work and he did a great job. All around really nice guys and they do great work

I called GI Plumbing today because we were having trouble with our downstairs toilet. Jacob was great on the phone and got us an appointment right away. Dave came and was very nice and professional. He installed a new toilet for us. He worked very quickly and was a super nice guy. Can't say enough good things about him and Jacob. The whole experience went smooth and we're happy our toilet was fixed so quickly. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

G.I. plumbing was great to work with! It’s great to deal with a company who is reliable and competent. From making the initial phone call for service through the completion of the repair, they great. I’ll definitely be using them and requesting Dave for future repairs and services.

Had a wonderful experience with GI Plumbing.
